32 “Listen, O heavens, make I talk,
And make the earth hear the words from my mouth.

3 Because I go tell people the name of Jehovah.

Them be bad and wicked generation of people!
6 Na like this una suppose treat Jehovah,
O foolish people wey no get sense?
No be im be your Papa wey give you life,
The Person wey make you and help you stand strong?
7 Remember the days wey don pass;
Think about the years of the generations wey don pass.
Ask your papa, and e go fit tell you;
Your elders, and them go tell you about-am.
8 When the Person Wey High Pass give the nations their property,
When e divide the sons of Adam* from each other,
E put boundary for the people
According to the number of the sons of Israel.
9 Because Jehovah people na im own share;
Jacob na im property.
10 E see-am for land wey be wilderness
And for inside empty desert wey sound de come out from.
E surround-am to protect-am, e take care of-am,
And protect-am like the inside of im eye.
11 Just as eagle de shake im nest,
De fly around im pikin them,
De spread im wings come out, de bring them out,
De carry them ontop im wings,
12 Na the same way wey only Jehovah continue to lead-am;*
No lie-lie god be dey with-am.
13 E make-am ride ontop the high place them for the earth,
Wey make-am chop the things wey the land produce.
E feed-am with honey from rock
And oil wey come out from hard rock,
14 Butter from cows and milk from sheep and goats,
Together with the best* sheep,
And rams wey come from Ba′shan, and male goats,
Together with the best* wheat;
And you drink wine wey them make from the juice* of grapes.
15 When Jesh′u·run* don fat, e no gree for im owner again.
You don fat, you don heavy, and you don big.
So e leave God wey make-am,
And e hate the Rock wey de save-am.
16 Them make-am really vex with their lie-lie gods;
Them continue to make-am vex with the serious bad things wey them de do.
17 Them be de do sacrifice to demons, no be to God,
To gods wey them no know,
New ones wey just come,
To gods wey una papa-papa them no know.
18 You forget the Rock wey be your papa,
And you no remember the God wey born you.
19 When Jehovah see-am, e reject them
Because im sons and im daughters don make-am vex.
20 So e talk say, ‘I go hide my face from them;
I go see wetin go happen to them.
Because them be generation wey don spoil,
Sons wey them no go fit trust.*
21 Them don really make me vex* with wetin no be god;
Them don make me vex with their useless idols.
So I go use people wey no even reach anything to make them jealous;
I go use foolish nation make them vex.
22 Because my vex don start fire
Wey go burn go reach inside-inside Grave,*
And e go burn the earth and the things wey de grow for inside
And e go set fire for the foundations of mountains.
23 I go make their problems plenty;
I go use all my arrows against them.
24 Hunger go make them tire
And serious fever and heavy destruction go chop them.
I go send the teeth of wicked animals against them
And the poison of snakes* wey de crawl for ground.
25 For outside, sword go kill their children and make them cry;
For inside, fear dey
For both young man and virgin,
Small pikin together with old man.*
26 I for talk say: “I go scatter them;
I go make people no remember them again,”
27 If no be say I de really worry about wetin the enemy go talk,
Because the enemies fit no understand-am.
Them fit talk say: “Our power don make us win;
No be Jehovah do all this things.”
28 Because them be nation wey no get sense,*
And nobody among them de understand anything.
29 If to say them get sense! Them for think deep about this things.
Them for think about how their end go be.
30 How only one person fit pursue 1,000 people,
And two people fit make 10,000 people run?
Na only if their Rock don sell them
And Jehovah don put them for the hand of their enemy.
31 Because their rock no be like our Rock,
Even our enemies don understand this one.
32 Because their vine na from the vine of Sod′om
And from the vine farm* of Go·mor′rah.
Their grapes na grapes wey get poison,
Their bunch of grapes dey bitter.
33 Their wine na poison from snakes,
The bad poison from cobras.
34 No be me keep this things,
And seal-am for inside my storehouse?
35 Na me go give punishment, and I go pay back,
For the time wey I don choose wey their leg go draw them fall,

36 Because Jehovah go judge im people,
And e go pity for* im servants
When e see say their power don de finish,
And say na only the people wey no get help and wey dey weak remain.
37 Then e go talk say, ‘Where their gods,
The rock wey them de go meet to protect them,
38 Wey be de chop the fat of their sacrifice them,*
And de drink the wine of their drink offerings?
Make them stand up come help una.
Make them be place wey una de go for protection.
39 Now make una see say me—na me be the person,
And no other gods dey apart from me.
I de kill, and I de make person dey alive.
I de wound people, and I go heal people,
And nobody go fit save another person from my hand.
40 Na im make I raise my hand face heaven,
And I swear say: “As long as I de live forever,”
41 If I sharp my sword wey de shine
And prepare my hand to judge,
I go pay my enemies back
And punish people wey hate me.
42 I go make my arrows dey drunk with blood,
And my sword go chop flesh,
With the blood of the people wey them kill and the people wey them carry go as slaves,
With the heads of the people wey de lead the enemy.’
43 Make una join im people de happy, una wey come from the nations,
Because e go revenge the blood of im servants,
And e go pay im enemies back
And e go comot the sins from* the land of im people.”
44 So Moses come and e talk all the words for this song make the people hear, im and Ho·she′a* the son of Nun. 45 After Moses don tell all Israel people this things finish, 46 e tell them say: “Make una put all the words wey I de warn una about today for una heart, so that una go fit command una sons to sofri do everything for this Law. 47 Because this one no be useless talk wey I de tell una, but na wetin go fit save una life, and this word fit make una live long for the land wey una de cross River Jordan go take as una own.”
48 Jehovah talk to Moses that same day say: 49 “Make you climb go this mountain of Ab′a·rim wey be Mount Ne′bo, wey dey the land of Mo′ab, wey face Jer′i·cho, and see the land of Ca′naan, wey I de give Israel people as their own. 50 Then you go die ontop the mountain wey you go soon climb go, and them go bury you just as them bury your people,* just as Aaron your brother die ontop Mount Hor and them bury-am just as them bury im people, 51 because the two of una no obey me* for front of Israel people for the water wey dey Mer′i·bah for Ka′desh for the wilderness of Zin, because una no make me dey holy for front of Israel people. 52 You go see the land from far, but you no go enter the land wey I de give Israel people.”
