Ndingakwazi Ukutya Ngendlela Esempilweni?

Mhlawumbi sowusazi ukuba xa usitya ukutya okungekho sempilweni uza kugula. Kaloku umntu otya ukutya okungekho sempilweni, uqhubeka esitya oko kutya nokuba sele emdala.

  • Kuthetha ukuthini ukutya ngendlela esempilweni?

  • Ndingahlala njani ndisitya ngendlela esempilweni?

Kuthetha ukuthini ukutya ngendlela esempilweni?

IBhayibhile isixelela ukuba ‘singabaxi xa sisenza izinto’ futhi loo nto iyasebenza nakwindlela esitya ngayo. (1 Timoti 3:11) Sicinga ngalo mgaqo, nazi izinto ekufuneka sizazi . . .

  • Indlela esempilweni zizo zonke iintlobo zokutya. Nazi iintlobo ezintlanu zokutya, ukutya okwenziwe ngobisi, iiprotein, ifruthi, iveji, neenkozo. Abanye abantu abazityi zonke iintlobo zokutya kuba becinga ukuba loo nto iza kubanceda behle emzimbeni. Ukuba nawe uyayenza le nto, umzimba wakho awuzukuzifumana zonke izakha mzimba ozidingayo.

    Khawuzame ngale ndlela: Phanda okanye ubuze kugqirha wakho ukuze wazi indlela ekubaluleke ngayo ukutya nezinye iintlobo zokutya. Ngokomzekelo:

  • Ukutya ngendlela esempilweni kuthetha ukungabaxi. Le nto inokuthetha ukungatyi ngokwaneleyo, ukuzilambisa uze xa usitya utye kakhulu, okanye uzixelele ukuba asoze nanini utye eyona nto uyithanda nyani.

Ndingahlala njani ndisitya ngendlela esempilweni?

  • Ceba into oza kuyitya kwangaphambili. IBhayibhile ithi: “Amacebo omntu okhutheleyo aza kumenza aphumelele ngokuqinisekileyo.” (IMizekeliso 21:5) Ukuze uhlale usitya ngendlela esempilweni ceba kusengaphambili.

IBhayibhile ithi: “Yitya ukutya kwakho wonwabile.” (INtshumayeli 9:7) Ukutya ngendlela esempilweni akufanelanga kukwenze ungonwabi, futhi awufanelanga ube ugade yonke into oyityayo.
