      ‘Abalandeli bakaKristu bokwenyaniso bathiywe ziintlanga zonke ngenxa yegama lakhe’ (Mat. 24:9)

      Luka 21:31, 32: “Xa nithe nazibona ezi zinto zisihla, yazini ukuba bukufuphi ubukumkani bukaThixo [oko kukuthi, ixesha laxa buya kutshabalalisa ihlabathi elingendawo elikhoyo buze bona ngokwabo buyilawule yonke imicimbi yomhlaba].       2 Pet. 3:9: “INkosi [uYehova, NW] ayilibali dinga, njengoko abathile baba iyalibala; isuka izeke kade umsindo kuthi, ingangi kungatshabalala nabani; inga bonke bangasinga enguqukweni.”

      Marko 13:10: “Kumele ukuthi ke ukuqala kuvakaliswe iindaba ezilungileyo ezi kuzo zonke iintlanga.”

      Mat. 25:31, 32, 46: “Xa ke athe wafika uNyana woMntu [uYesu Kristu] esebuqaqawulini bakhe, enazo zonke izithunywa ezingcwele, ngelo xa uya kuhlala phezu kwetrone yobuqaqawuli bakhe; zihlanganiswe phambi kwakhe zonke iintlanga, abahlule abanye kwabanye, njengokuba umalusi ezahlula izimvu ezibhokhweni. Baya kumka aba [abasilelayo ukugqala abazalwana bakaKristu bokomoya njengabameli boKumkani ngokwakhe] baye elubethweni olungunaphakade; ke wona amalungisa aya kuya ebomini obungunaphakade.”

      ‘Iimeko azimbi kangako namhla; bekusoloko kukho iimfazwe, iindlala, iinyikima zomhlaba, ulwaphulo-mthetho’

      Usenokuphendula uthi: ‘Ndiyasiqonda isizathu sokuba uvakalelwe ngaloo ndlela. Sazalelwa kwihlabathi apho ezi zinto mihla le zingundaba-mlonyeni. Kodwa ababhali-mbali bayacacisa ukuba kukho into eyahluke ngokukhwankqisayo ngenkulungwane yama-20. (Funda iingcaphulo kwiphepha 141, 142.)’

      Okanye unokuthi: ‘Into ebalulekileyo asinto nje yokuba bekukho iimfazwe, iindlala, iinyikima zomhlaba, nolwaphulo-mthetho. Ubusazi na ukuba umqondiso uYesu awawunikelayo wawungoyintlanganisela?’ Mhlawumbi usenokongeza uthi: ‘Akazange athi nasiphi na isiganeko esinye sasiya kuthi ngokwaso singqine ukuba “sasikwimihla yokugqibela.” Kodwa xa kubonakala wonke umqondiso, oko kunentsingiselo—ibe ingakumbi xa ubonakala ngokomlinganiselo wazwenibanzi yaye uqalise ngonyaka owamiselwa lubalo-maxesha lweBhayibhile.’ (Bona iphepha 135-140, kwanephepha 133-135.)

      ‘Wazi njani ukuba isizukulwana esithile sexesha elizayo asiyi kufanelwa kakuhle gqitha sesi siprofeto kunesi sizukulwana?’

      Usenokuphendula uthi: ‘Lo mbuzo ubangel’ umdla, ibe impendulo ibalaselisa isibakala sokuba ngokwenene siphila “kwimihla yokugqibela.” Njani? Kaloku, inxalenye yomqondiso eyanikelwa nguYesu iquka imfazwe ephakathi kweentlanga nezikumkani. Kodwa bekuya kwenzeka ntoni namhlanje ukuba inzaliseko yalo mqondiso ibifuna ukuba silinde de kuqhambuke enye imfazwe enkulu phakathi kwamagunya amakhulu? Imfazwe enjalo ibiya kushiya iqaqobana nje ukuba bebeya kubakho abasindi. Ngoko, uyabona, injongo kaThixo yokuba kubekho abasindi ibonisa ukuba ngoku sisondele kakhulu ekupheleni kwale nkqubo indala.’

      Okanye unokuthi: ‘Ukuthelekisa iziganeko zehlabathi nesi siprofeto kufana nokuthelekisa imigca eseminweni kumnini wayo. Akunakubakho mntu ongomnye onemigca efana naleyo. Ngokukwanjalo, iziganeko ezaqalisa ngowe-1914 aziyi kuphindwa kwisizukulwana esithile esizayo.’ Mhlawumbi usenokongeza uthi: (1) ‘Yonke into ebumba lo mqondiso ibonakala ngokucacileyo.’ (2) ‘Ngokuqinisekileyo asifuni ukuba njengabantu bomhla kaNowa. (Mat. 24:37-39)’

      ‘Asiyi kusibona isiphelo kwixesha lokuphila kwethu’

      Usenokuphendula uthi: ‘Kodwa uyakholelwa ukuba uThixo uza kungenelela ngaxesha lithile, andibi kunjalo?’ Mhlawumbi usenokongeza uthi: (1) ‘Ukuba Yena loo nkcazelo wayenza yafumaneka kuthi leyo kuphela kwendlela anokuthi nawuphi na kuthi azi ukuba oko kuya kwenzeka nini na. Kaloku, uYesu wachaza ngokucacileyo ukuba akukho mntu uwaziyo umhla okanye iyure, kodwa ngokweenkcukacha wazichaza izinto ezaziya kwenzeka ebudeni besizukulwana ekwakuya kwenzeka ngaso oko.’ (2) ‘Loo ngcaciso ithetha ngeziganeko wena oqheleneyo nazo ngokobuqu. (Ukuba kunokwenzeka, xubusha ngeenkcukacha zomqondiso, usebenzisa izibakala ezilungiselelwe kumaphepha awandulelayo.)’

      ‘Andizikhathazi ngezi zinto; ndiphila nje usuku olunye ngexesha’

      Usenokuphendula uthi: ‘Ngokuqinisekileyo kuyinto entle ukungazixhalabisi ngokugqithisileyo ngekamva. Kodwa sonke siyazama ukubulungiselela ubomi bethu ngendlela yokuba sizikhusele nabathandekayo bethu. Ukuceba ngendlela yokwenene kuyinto eluncedo. IBhayibhile ibonisa ukuba kukho izinto ezimangalisayo ezingaphambili, ibe sizizilumko ukuba siyazilungiselela ukuze singenelwe kuzo. (IMize. 1:33; 2 Pet. 3:13)’

      ‘Andizifak’ ingqondweni zonke ezi meko zimbi; ndithanda ukuba ngonentembelo ngekamva’

      Usenokuphendula uthi: ‘Into ebangel’ umdla kukuba, uYesu wathi kwakuya kubakho isizathu esihle sokuba abalandeli bakhe babe nentembelo ngekamva kumhla wethu. (Luka 21:28, 31)’ Mhlawumbi usenokongeza uthi: ‘Kodwa phawula ukuba akabaxeleli ukuba bawavale amehlo abo kwizinto ezenzekayo ehlabathini baze bonwabe. Uthi ukuba nentembelo kwabo ngekamva kwakuya kusekelwa kwinto entle; kwakuya kubangelwa kukuba babeyiqonda intsingiselo yeziganeko zehlabathi ibe beyazi into eya kuba ngumphumo.’
