Kubalulekile Ukuba Ulale Ngokwaneleyo!

Ngaba ukho umntu onokukhanyela ukuba ukulala ngokwaneleyo kunegalelo elikhulu kwimpilo kabani? Mhlawumbi akakho. Noko ke, abantu abaninzi abazikhathazi kangako ngokulala. UShawn Currie, osisazi ngokusebenza kwengqondo nolisekela njingalwazi kwiUniversity of Calgary eKhanada uthi: “Kodwa ngemini elandelayo uyayiva imiphumo yokungalali.” Xa ungalalanga ngokwaneleyo, usenokuba nochuku yaye maxa wambi usenokuziva udandathekile.

◼ Zama ukuvuka ngexesha elifanayo ntsasa nganye ukuze umzimba wakho uqhele ukulala ixesha elilinganayo.

Ngenxa yeengenelo zempilo, gqala ukulala njengento ebalulekileyo ebomini bakho.
