6 Anyone shedding man’s blood, by man will his own blood be shed,+ for in God’s image He made man.+

23 But you, O God, will bring them down to the deepest pit.+

Those bloodguilty and deceitful men will not live out half their days.+

But as for me, I will trust in you.

10 For “whoever would love life and see good days must guard his tongue from bad+ and his lips from speaking deception.
