□ Service Meeting:

10 min: Question Box. Talk by an elder.

10 min: “Our Work Is Not in Vain (Heb. 6:10).” Discussion. Invite audience to comment on the lessons learned.

10 min: The Literature Offer for July and August. Discussion. Briefly consider features of the DVDs that will be offered during July and August. Demonstrate how to offer Good News​—On DVD. Use one of the sample presentations in article 5 of the March 2013 issue of Our Kingdom Ministry​—On DVD. Or, you can have the picture of a family taking a walk in lesson 1 of the Good News​—On DVD ready and say: “May I show you something? [Show the picture.] How old do you think these parents are? [Allow for response.] What if I told you they were hundreds of years old? How could that be? Notice God’s promise at Psalm 37:29. [Show from the scripture list.] How long does it say we can live? [Allow for response.] Also, did you notice what kind of person would live forever? [Allow for response.] This DVD is for you and it explains what we need to do to benefit from this wonderful hope. I would like to come back and discuss lesson 1, paragraph 1, which answers the question, Why we can be sure that God really wants us to live forever?”
