3 And you must take in your hand ten loaves of bread+ and sprinkled cakes and a flask+ of honey, and you must come in to him.+ He it is that will certainly tell you what is going to happen to the boy.”+

15 Then he went back to the man of the [true] God,+ he with all his camp, and came and stood before him and said: “Here, now, I certainly know that there is no God anywhere in the earth but in Israel.+ And now accept, please, a blessing gift+ from your servant.”

5 And he was yet not one that would return, when [Neb·uʹzar·adʹan said]: “Do return to Ged·a·liʹah+ the son of A·hiʹkam+ the son of Shaʹphan,+ whom the king of Babylon has commissioned over the cities of Judah, and dwell with him in the midst of the people; or to wherever it is right in your eyes to go, go.”+

And the chief of the bodyguard then gave him a food allowance and a present and let him go.+
