9 And I will bring forth out of Jacob an offspring*+ and out of Judah the hereditary possessor of my mountains;+ and my chosen ones must take possession of it,*+ and my own servants will reside there.+

10 “And the number of the sons of Israel must become like the grains of the sand of the sea that cannot be measured or numbered.+ And it must occur that in the place in which it used to be said to them, ‘YOU men are not my people,’+ it will be said to them, ‘The sons of the living God.’*+

6 “Come, YOU people, and do let us return to Jehovah,+ for he himself has torn in pieces+ but he will heal us.+ He kept striking, but he will bind us up.+

29 Also, just as Isaiah had said aforetime: “Unless Jehovah* of armies+ had left a seed to us, we should have become just like Sodʹom, and we should have been made just like Go·morʹrah.”+
