14 “‘And this day must serve as a memorial for YOU, and YOU must celebrate it as a festival to Jehovah* throughout YOUR generations. As a statute to time indefinite YOU should celebrate it.
16“Let there be an observing* of the month of Aʹbib,+ and you must celebrate the passover to Jehovah your God,+ because in the month of Aʹbib Jehovah your God brought you out of Egypt by night.+
16 “Three times in the year every male of yours should appear before Jehovah your God in the place that he will choose:+ in the festival of the unfermented cakes+ and in the festival of weeks+ and in the festival of booths,+ and none should appear before Jehovah empty-handed.+
