▪ Ukugeza izandla ngenye indaba abaFarisi labafundisi bomthetho ababecala ngayo uJesu labafundi bakhe. EMthethweni kaMosi kwakulemilayo eminengi eyayiphathelane lemikhuba yokuzihlambulula nxa umuntu engcolile, elobulephero loba nxa ethinte isidumbu somuntu kumbe esenyamazana. UJesu kazange atshone ezikhathaza ngemithetho abantu ababezibumbela yona. Watshela abakhokheli benkolo yamaJuda wathi: “U-Isaya wayeqinisile lapho aphrofitha ngani, lina bazenzisi; njengoba kulotshiwe ukuthi: ‘Abantu laba bangidumisa ngezindebe zabo, kodwa izinhliziyo zabo zikhatshana lami. Bangikhonza ngeze; imfundiso yabo yimithetho kuphela evela ebantwini.’ Seliyekele imilayo kaNkulunkulu labambelela emasikweni abantu.”—Mak. 7:6-8.

Ingabe ‘Unomqondo kaKristu’?
9 Le ndoda yayiyisithulu futhi ingakwazi ukukhuluma kahle. Kungenzeka uJesu waqonda ukuthi le ndoda yayinovalo namahloni ngokungavamile. UJesu wabe esenza okuthile okungavamile. Wayidonsela eceleni le ndoda, basuka esixukwini, baba sendaweni esithekile. UJesu wabe esesebenzisa izimpawu ezithile ukuze abonise le ndoda lokho ayesezokwenza. “Wafaka iminwe ezindlebeni zalomuntu, futhi ngemva kokukhafula, wathinta ulimi lwakhe.” (Marku 7:33) UJesu wabe esebheka phezulu ezulwini futhi wadonsa umoya njengokungathi uyathandaza. Lezi zenzo ezaziyizinkomba zazinjengokuthi kule ndoda, ‘Lokho esengizokwenzela khona ngizokwenza ngamandla avela kuNkulunkulu.’ Ekugcineni, uJesu wathi: “Vuleka.” (Marku 7:34) Lapho esho kanjalo, le ndoda yakwazi ukuzwa, yakwazi nokukhuluma ngendlela evamile.
10 Yeka indlela uJesu ayebonisa ngayo ukucabangela abanye! Wayeyiqaphela imizwa yabo, futhi lolu zwela lwalumshukumisela ukuba enze izinto ngendlela eyayingayilimazi imizwa yabo. NjengamaKristu, senza kahle ngokuhlakulela nokubonisa umqondo kaKristu ngokuphathelene nalokhu. 11 Ebandleni, singabonisa ukucabangela imizwa yabanye ngokubahlonipha, sibaphathe ngendlela ebesingathanda ukuphathwa ngayo. (Mathewu 7:12) Lokho kuyohlanganisa nokuqaphela esikushoyo nendlela esikusho ngayo. (Kolose 4:6) Khumbula ukuthi ‘ukukhuluma ungacabangi kungahlaba njengenkemba.’ (IzAga 12:18, qhathanisa ne-NW.) Kuthiwani emkhayeni? Indoda nenkosikazi abathandana ngempela bayayiqaphela imizwa yomunye nomunye. (Efesu 5:33) Bayawagwema amazwi anokhahlo, ukugxeka okungapheli nokubhuqa okubuhlungu—konke okungabangela imizwa elimele engapholi kalula. Nezingane zinemizwa, futhi abazali abanothando bayayicabangela imizwa yazo. UKristu—Lowo Iziprofetho Ezigxile Kuye

INkosi Yakhe Yamfundisa Ukuthethelela
14 Walandela-ke uPhetro ebucwala waze wayafika esangweni lenkalakatha yomuzi eJerusalema. Kwakungumuzi kaKhefase, umphristi omkhulu owayenothile futhi engumhlonitshwa. Imizi emikhulu njengale yayisiba legceke phakathi, elalingenwa ngesango. UPhetro wathi efika esangweni lomuzi, bamalisa ukungena. Kodwa uJohane yena wayesephakathi ngoba wayesazana loKhefase.
