KumaHebhere 11:26, ngaba uMoses kuthethwa ngaye ‘njengoKristu,’ okanye kunoko ngaba wayefuzisela uYesu Kristu?
Xa wayethetha ngokholo lukaMoses, umpostile uPawulos wabhala ukuba uMoses ‘wakubalela ukungcikivwa kukaKristu kububutyebi obungaphezu kobutyebi baseYiputa, kuba wayekhangele ukwamkela umvuzo.’ (Hebhere 11:26) Kubonakala ngathi uPawulos wayebhekisela kuMoses ‘njengoKristu’ okanye ngangqiqo ithile, njengomthanjiswa.
Kuyavunywa ukuba kwiinkalo ezahlukahlukeneyo uMoses wamisela umzekelo kaMesiya ozayo. Nangona uMoses wayengumprofeti, waxela kwangaphambili ngomprofeti omkhulu ngakumbi ozayo ‘onjengaye.’ AmaYuda amaninzi aqonda ukuba uYesu wayenguloo ‘Mprofeti’ abalandeli bakhe abamngqinelayo. (Duteronomi 18:15-19; Yohane 1:21; 5:46; 6:14; 7:40; IZenzo 3:22, 23, 7:37) Kwakhona uMoses wayengumlamleli womnqophiso woMthetho, kodwa uYesu wafumana “umbuso ogqithiseleyo kulowo” ‘njengomlamleli womnqophiso olungileyo ngakumbi,’ umnqophiso omtsha ozukileyo. (Hebhere 8:6; 9:15; 12:24; Galati 3:19; 1 Timoti 2:5) Ngoko kwiinkalo ezithile uMoses kunokuthiwa wayefuzisela uMesiya ozayo.
Noko ke, oko akubonakali kuyintsingiselo eyintloko yamaHebhere 11:26. Akukho nto eyalatha ukuba uMoses wayeziqonda iinkcukacha ezingoMesiya, eqonda yaye ngabom ekubalela oko wayetyhubela kuko eYiputa kusenzeka ngenxa kaMesiya okanye kuba engummeli Wakhe.
Bambi banikela ingcamango yokuba amazwi kaPawulos akumaHebhere 11:26 ayenentsingiselo efanayo nenkcazelo yakhe yokuba amaKristu anyamezela “iintlungu zikaKristu.” (2 Korinte 1:5) AmaKristu athanjisiweyo ayesazi ukuba uYesu Kristu weva ubunzima nokuba ‘ukuba ayesiva ubunzima kunye naye ayeya kuzukiswa kunye naye’ ezulwini. Kodwa uMoses wayengabazi ubunzima uMesiya ozayo awayeza kubuva, yaye uMoses wayengenalo ithemba lasezulwini.—Roma 8:17; Kolose 1:24.
Kukho indlela elula ekunokuqondwa ngayo indlela uMoses ‘awakubalela ukungcikivwa kukaKristu kububutyebi.’
Xa uPawulos wabhala kumaHebhere 11:26 esithi, “kukaKristu,” wasebenzisa igama lesiGrike elithi Khri·stouʹ, elifanayo negama lesiHebhere elithi Ma·shiʹach, okanye Mesiya. La magama “uMesiya” “noKristu” athetha “umthanjiswa.” Ngoko uPawulos wayebhala ‘ngokubalela kukaMoses ukungcikivwa komthanjiswa.’ Ngaba uMoses wayenokubizwa “njengomthanjiswa”?

Kumaxesha okubhalwa kweBhayibhile umntu wayenokubekwa esikhundleni esikhethekileyo ngokugalelwa ioli entloko. “USamuweli wathabatha igutyana leoli, wamgalela [uSawule] entloko.” “USamuweli wathabatha isigodlo seoli, wamthambisa [uDavide] esesazulwini sabakhuluwa bakhe. UMoya kaYehova wamfikela ngamandla uDavide.” (1 Samuweli 10:1; 16:13; thelekisa iEksodus 30:25-30; Levitikus 8:12; 2 Samuweli 22:51; INdumiso 133:2.) Sekunjalo, bambi abanjengomprofeti uElisha nokumkani wama-Asiriya uHazayeli, kuthethwa ngabo “njengabathanjisiweyo” nakubeni kungekho bungqina obubonisa ukuba iintloko zabo zagalelwa ioli yokoqobo. (1 Kumkani 19:15, 16; INdumiso 105:14, 15; Isaya 45:1) Ngenxa yoko, umntu unokuba “ngumthanjiswa” ngokuthi akhethwe okanye anikwe uthumo olukhethekileyo.
Ngokwale ngqiqo uMoses wayengumthanjiswa kaThixo, yaye ezinye iiBhayibhile zide ziwabeke ngolu hlobo amaHebhere 11:26 “Umthanjiswa kaThixo” okanye “Umthanjiswa.” UMoses wayethunywe ukuba abe ngummeli kaYehova nokuba abe ngulowo wayeza kukhokela uSirayeli aphume eYiputa. (Eksodus 3:2-12, 15-17) Nangona uMoses wayekhuliselwe kubutyebi nozuko lwaseYiputa, waluxabisa ngakumbi uthumo lwakhe, awalwamkelayo waza walufeza. Ngokuvisisana noko, uPawulos wayenokubhala ukuba uMoses ‘wakubalela ukungcikivwa kukaKristu kububutyebi obungaphezu kobutyebi baseYiputa.’
