Uxinezeleko Lwasemva Kwesiganeko Esihlasimlis’ Umzimba—Luyintoni?

KWIMINYAKA ELIQELA EYADLULAYO, uxinezeleko ngokuqhelekileyo lwalubizwa ngokuba kukunyukelwa zizibilini okanye ukuba namaphaphu aphezulu yaye lwaphandwa ngokunxulumene nabo bakhe balwa iimfazwe. Ukuba uvakalelwa kukuba wena okanye umntu othile omaziyo usenokuba unePTSD, hlolisisa la macebiso alandelayo.
