Ingabe Kufanele Ubesabe Abafileyo?

LAPHO uphatha indaba yabantu abafileyo, abantu abaningi bayakugwema ukuqhubeka bekhuluma ngayo. Nokho, abanye akukhona nje ukuthi abakhululeki ngalendaba; kodwa bafikelwa ukwesaba. Ngakho akuyona into engavamile ukuthola amasiko nemikhuba ehlobene nokwesaba abafileyo emasikweni omhlaba wonke. Ngokwesibonelo, ake sibheke amasiko atholakala e-Afrika eseningizimu yeSahara.

Owesifazane othile edolobheni eliseNtshonalanga Afrika ukhumbula kahle okwenzeka ngemva kokuba kushone ilungu lomkhaya wakubo. Uyalandisa: “Isihlobo sasivame ukuphakela oshonile ukudla epuletini futhi sikubeke ngokucophelela ekamelweni lakhe. Lapho sisathé shelele, ngangiya ngiyozitika ngalokho kudla. Lapho lesi sihlobo sibuya, sasijabula kakhulu! Sasikholelwa ukuthi lowo oshonile wayezitholile izibiliboco. Lokhu kwaqhubeka isikhathi esithile kwaze kwaba yilapho ngiqala ukugula. Ngaphelelwa isifiso sokudla futhi ngangingakwazi nhlobo ukudla. Lokhu kwangenza ngaba novalo! Iningi lezihlobo zami laphetha ngokuthi ukugula kwami kwakubangelwa isihlobo sethu esishonile. Lalicabanga ukuthi kumelwe ukuba kunothile esimthukuthelele emkhayeni.”

Kulo lelo dolobha, uma umkhaya uba namawele bese kushona elilodwa, akekho okufanele akhulume ngalelo elishonile kulelo khaya. Uma othile ebuza ngalelo wele elishonile, umkhaya ngokuvamile uphendula uthi: “Liyothenga usawoti.” Bakholelwa ngokuqinile ekutheni ukuphila kwewele eliphilayo kuzothathwa uma kukhulunywa iqiniso.

Lamakhosikazi agqoka nomchilo, umgexo wentambo ukuze “avikeleke.” Lokhu kugeza okungokwesiko kwenziwa njalo ngoLwesihlanu nangoMsombuluko izinsuku eziyikhulu. Phakathi nalesi sikhathi awanakuthatha lutho kumuntu wesilisa ngokuqondile. Uma owesilisa efuna ukuwanika okuthile, kumelwe aqale akubeke phansi noma etafuleni. Ukwesaba Abafileyo Kusabalele

Yiqiniso, imali yomkhaya ingaphela ngenxa yokwesatshwa kwabafileyo. Ngokuvamile, imigidi enemidanti edinga ukudla neziphuzo, izilwane eziphilayo zomhlatshelo, nemvunulo ebiza kakhulu kufunwa yilabo abanenkolelo eqinile yokuthi abafileyo kufanele besatshwe.

Kodwa ingabe izihlobo noma okhokho abashona basesimweni esidinga ukwesatshwa nokuhlonishwa? Lithini iZwi likaNkulunkulu, iBhayibheli?

Ingabe Abafileyo Bangakulimaza?

Kungase kukuthakazelise ukwazi ukuthi iBhayibheli liyavuma ukuthi izinkolelo ezinjalo zikhona. Encwadini kaDuteronomi, kuyakhulunywa ngemikhuba ehlobene nokwesaba abafileyo. Ithi: “Makungafunyanwa kuwe umuntu . . . owenza iziphonso, noma obhula emadlozini, noma umthakathi, noma umlozikazana. Ngokuba yilowo nalowo ozenza lezizinto uyisinengiso kuJehova.” (Omalukeke sizenzele.)—Duteronomi 18:10-12.

Phawula ukuthi uJehova uNkulunkulu wayilahla imikhuba enjalo. Ngani? Ngenxa yokuthi isekelwe emangeni. Amanga okuqala mayelana nabafileyo awukuthi umphefumulo uyaqhubeka uphila. Ngokwesibonelo, umagazini othi The Straight Path washo lokhu ngokuphathelene nalokho okwenzeka kubantu abafileyo: “Ukufa kumane nje kuwukuhamba komphefumulo. . . . Ithuna indawo yokugcina umzimba kuphela, hhayi umphefumulo.”

IBhayibheli alivumi. Zifundele uHezekeli 18:4: “Bheka, yonke imiphefumulo ingeyami, umphefumulo kayise njengomphefumulo womntwana; ingeyami; umphefumulo owonayo uyakufa.” Futhi, iZwi likaNkulunkulu lisichaza ngokucacile isimo sabafileyo kumShumayeli 9:5: “Ngokuba abaphilayo bayazi ukuthi bayakufa, kepha abafileyo abazi-lutho.” Lokhu kuchaza isizathu sokuba ukudla okubekelwe abafileyo kungadliwa ngaphandle kokuba kudliwe othile ophilayo.

Nokho, iBhayibheli alisishiyi singenalo ithemba ngalabo abasemathuneni. Bangabuye baphile! IBhayibheli likhuluma ‘ngovuko.’ (Johane 5:28, 29; 11:25; IzEnzo 24:15) Lokhu kuyokwenzeka ngesikhathi sikaNkulunkulu esifanele. Okwamanje, abafileyo balele ethuneni abezwa lutho, ‘basebuthongweni,’ kuze kube isikhathi sikaNkulunkulu sokuba ‘bavuke.’—Johane 11:11-14; IHubo 13:3.

Ngokuvamile abantu besaba izinto ezingaziwa. Ulwazi olunembile lungamkhulula umuntu ezinkolelweni eziyize ezingenasisekelo. IBhayibheli lisinikeza iqiniso ngesimo salabo abasethuneni. Kalula nje, akudingeki ubesabe abafileyo!—Johane 8:32.
