◼ UJesu wayengaba kanjani “unkulunkulu” owadalwa uJehova, ngoba kuIsaya 43:10 uJehova uthi: “Ngaphambi kwami akwenziwanga uNkulunkulu, nangasemva kwami akayikuba-khona”?

Kwaziwa kahle ukuthi oFakazi BakaJehova bafundisa ngokusuka eBhayibhelini ukuthi uJesu uyiNdodana kaNkulunkulu ayidala futhi ungaphansi kukaYise. (Johane 14:28; 1 Korinte 11:3) Nakuba kunjalo, njengaLowo onamandla okhonza njengoMkhulumeli kaNkulunkulu, noma uLizwi, angabizwa ngokufanelekile ngokuthi “unkulunkulu.” Izinguqulo eziningi zeBhayibheli zihumusha uJohane 1:1 njengothi uLizwi ‘wayengunkulunkulu.’ Ngokwesibonelo, iDas Evangelium nach Johannes (1979) kaJurgen Becker ifundeka kanje: “ . . . und der Logos war bei dem Gott, und ein Gott war der Logos.” (NgesiZulu ihunyushwe kanje: “ . . . futhi uLizwi wayenoNkulunkulu, futhi uLizwi wayewunkulunkulu.”)a

Nokho, njengoba obuzayo ebonisa, lokhu kungabonakala kungqubuzana noIsaya 43:10, 11, othi: “Ningofakazi bami, usho uJehova, nenceku yami engiyikhethileyo ukuba nazi, ningethembe, niqonde ukuthi nginguye; ngaphambi kwami akwenziwanga uNkulunkulu, nangasemva kwami akayikuba-khona. Mina, mina nginguJehova, ngaphandle kwami akakho umsindisi.’”

Umfundi oqotho weBhayibheli uyasizwa ngokuphawula ngokunakekela umongo walawomazwi. UNkulunkulu uMninimandla onke uJehova wayeziqhathanisa nezithombe ezazenziwe ngabantu ezizweni ezazizungeze uIsrayeli. UJehova uyabuza: “Niyakumfanisa uNkulunkulu nobani, nimlinganise namuphi umfanekiso, na?” Ngokuqinisekile akanakufaniswa nesithombe esenziwe ngumkhandi noma esiqoshwe emthini. (Isaya 40:18-20; 41:7) “Onkulunkulu” abanjalo babengeke ‘baleneke izulu njengendwangu,’ njengoba kwenza uJehova. (Isaya 40:21-26) Ngokungaphezulu, uJehova uyakwazi ukubikezela ikusasa, ngokuqinisekile izithombe zezizwe ‘azinakuzibikezela izinto ezizayo ukuze sibone ukuthi zingonkulunkulu.’ (Isaya 41:23) Lomqondo uyaphindwa futhi kuIsaya 43:9, lapho uJehova ethi: “Izizwe zonke mazibuthelwe ndawonye, abantu bonke babuthane; ngubani phakathi kwabo ongamemezela lokhu, asizwise izinto zakuqala; mabalethe ofakazi babo.” Ngokufanelekile, uMninimandla onke uthi: “NginguJehova; yilo igama lami; angiyikunika omunye inkazimulo yami, nezithombe ezibaziweyo udumo lwami.”—Isaya 42:8.

Ngakho umongo wendaba ubonisa ukuthi uMninimandla onke ubekela labo ababizwa ngokuthi onkulunkulu bezizwe inselele. Njengoba beyizithombe nje ezingenawo amandla aphezulu, ngokuqinisekile azibona onkulunkulu bokukhulekelwa; bayize ngempela. UJehova uyaqhubeka: “Kukhona unkulunkulu ngaphandle kwami na? Cha, alikho iDwala; angilazi. Abenza isithombe esibaziweyo bayize bonke; izinto zabo ezithandekayo [ezibunjwe ngensimbi noma eziqoshwe ngomuthi] aziyikusiza.” (Isaya 44:8-17) Ngokomphumela, umongo kaIsaya 43:10 ukwenza kukhanye ukuthi uJesu akayena okukhulunywa ngaye lapha; “onkulunkulu” okukhulunywa ngabo yizithombe ezingenamandla zezizwe.

Igama elithi “Nkulunkulu” noma “nkulunkulu” livame ukusetshenziswa ngokuqondene nalokho okuhloniphekayo okungaphezu kwamandla omuntu. Kanjalo, emiqondweni yabantu abaningi, “unkulunkulu” angasho (1) uMuntu oPhakeme, uMninimandla onke, noma (2) unkulunkulu wamanga, njengesithombe. Nokho, iBhayibheli linikeza okunye ukusetshenziswa. Singakubona lokhu kumaHubo 82:1, 2. Lapho uMuntu Waphezulu, (uJehova uNkulunkulu) wehlukaniswa kubahluleli abangabantu labo umhubi ababiza ngokuthi “onkulunkulu.” UJesu ngokwakhe kamuva wabhekisela kulamavesi. Ngenxa yokuthi wayekhulume ngoJehova uNkulunkulu njengoYise, amaJuda athile afuna ukumkhanda ngamatshe. Ekummangaleleni kwabo ngokuthi ‘wayezenza unkulunkulu,’ uJesu waphendula: “Akulotshiwe yini emthethweni wakini ukuthi: Ngithé: Ningonkulunkulu, na? Uma wathi [kulabo bahluleli abangabantu] ‘bangonkulunkulu’ . . . nithi ngaye uYise amehlukanisileyo, wamthumela ezweni, ukuba uyahlambalaza, ngokuba ngithé: NgiyiNdodana kaNkulunkulu, na?”—Johane 10:31-36.

Ngokungangabazeki kunoNkulunkulu uMninimandla onke oyedwa kuphela, njengoba ngisho nomphostoli uPawulu abhala: “Ngokuba noma kukhona okuthiwa onkulunkulu, nokuba kusezulwini nokuba kusemhlabeni, njengokuba bakhona onkulunkulu abaningi namakhosi amaningi, nokho kithina kukhona uNkulunkulu munye, uYise, okuvela kuye konke, . . . neNkosi inye, uJesu Kristu, okungaye konke, nathi sikhona ngaye.” (1 Korinte 8:5, 6) INkosi uJesu Kristu ayisiye unkulunkulu wamanga, noma unkulunkulu oyidemoni, noma isithombe nje. ‘Ungukubengezela kwenkazimulo kaJehova uNkulunkulu.’ (Heberu 1:3) Ngakho-ke kungokufanelekile ngoJohane 1:1 ukubiza uJesu ngokuthi “unkulunkulu,” noma ‘onjengoNkulunkulu’ (Johannes Schneider).
