Zimene apenda ndi kudziŵa bwino koposa ziri ndi chochita ndi mavuto a zamankhwala, komabe odwala ndiwo anthu amene miyezo yawo ndi zonulirapo sizinganyalanyazidwe. Iwo amadziŵa bwino koposa ponena za zoyambilira zawo, makhalidwe a iwo eni ndi chikumbumtima, zimene zimapereka tanthauzo la moyo kwa iwo.
