Zimene Mungachite Kuti Muchepetse Nkhawa

Kuti muchepetse nkhawa muyenera kuganizira zinthu zofunika kwambiri monga thanzi lanu, mmene mumachitira zinthu ndi ena komanso zolinga zomwe mumafuna mutazikwaniritsa. Munkhaniyi tikambirana njira zingapo zomwe zingakuthandizeni kuti muchepetse nkhawa.

Musamadere Nkhawa za Mawa

Mayi akuyenda mumzinda waukulu ndipo akuoneka wosangalala.

“Musamade nkhawa za tsiku lotsatira, chifukwa tsiku lotsatira lidzakhala ndi zodetsa nkhawa zakenso.”​—MATEYU 6:34.

Mfundo yake: Kukhala ndi nkhawa ndi mbali ya moyo wathu. Komabe mukamaganizira zoti muchite lero, sibwino kumaderanso nkhawa kwambiri za mawa.

  • Kukhala ndi nkhawa kwambiri kungayambitse matenda a maganizo. Ndiye kodi mungatani? Choyamba, muyenera kudziwa kuti n’zosatheka kupeweratu nkhawa. Mukamangokhalira kudera nkhawa zinthu zomwe simungazipewe, mukhoza kupanikizika kwambiri. Chachiwiri, muyenera kudziwa kuti nthawi zambiri zinthu sizichitika mmene timaganizira.

Muzidziwa Zimene Mungakwanitse ndi Zomwe Simungakwanitse

  • Muzizindikira zinthu zomwe inuyo kapena anthu ena sangakwanitse kuchita. Kuchita zimenezi kungakuthandizeni kuti musamapanikizike kwambiri komanso kuti zinthu zikuyendereni bwino. Komanso muzikonda kunena tinthabwala. Mukamasekaseka ngakhale pomwe zinthu zina zalakwika, simukhala ndi nkhawa.

Muzidziwa Zimene Zimakuchititsani Kukhala ndi Nkhawa

“Munthu wozindikira amakhala wofatsa.”​—MIYAMBO 17:27.

Mfundo yake: Kuganizira zinthu zodetsa nkhawa kungakuchitseni kuti musamaganize bwino. Choncho muziyesetsa kukhazika mtima pansi.

  • Muzidziwa zinthu zimene zimakupangitsani kukhala ndi nkhawa n’kuona zimene mumachita zikatero. Mwachitsanzo, mukakhala ndi nkhawa mungaone mmene mumaganizira, mmene mumamvera komanso zimene mumachita. Mukhoza kulemba zinthu zimenezi penapake. Izi zingakuthandizeni kudziwa zoyenera kuchita kuti musamakhale ndi nkhawa kwambiri. Ngati simungathe kuchita zimenezi, mungachite bwino kuganizira zimene mungachite kuti musamakhale ndi nkhawa kwambiri, mwina poyesetsa kuchita zinthu zofunika kwambiri komanso kugwiritsa ntchito bwino nthawi yanu.

  • Muziyesa kuona zinthu m’njira yosiyanako. Ndi bwino kumakumbukira kuti zimene zingakudetseni nkhawa inuyo, munthu wina sizingamudetse nkhawa. Zimenezi zimachitika chifukwa anthufe timaona zinthu mosiyana. Taganizirani izi:

    1. Muzikonza ndandanda ya zinthu zomwe mukufuna kuchita n’kuyesetsa kuitsatira.

    2. Ganizirani chomwe chimachititsa kuti muzichita zinthu mozengereza n’kuyesetsa kusintha.

Musamangodzipanikiza ndi Ntchito

“Kupuma pang’ono kuli bwino kuposa kugwira ntchito mwakhama ndi kuthamangitsa mphepo.”​—MLALIKI 4:6.

Mfundo yake: Anthu ena amangogwira ntchito nthawi zonse. Anthu oterewa sapeza mpata wosangalala ndi ntchito yomwe agwira.

  • Muziona moyenera ntchito yanu komanso ndalama. Kukhala ndi ndalama zambiri sikupangitsa munthu kukhala wosangalala kapena kukhala ndi nkhawa zochepa. Lemba la Mlaliki 5:12 limati: “Zambiri zimene munthu wolemera amakhala nazo zimamulepheretsa kugona.” Choncho muziyesetsa kugwiritsa ntchito bwino ndalama zanu.

  • Muzilemba zinthu zonse zomwe mukufuna kuchita mogwirizana ndi kufunika kwake. Kuchita zimenezi kungakuthandizeni kuti muyambe ndi ntchito zofunika kwambiri komanso mungadziwe ntchito zimene mukhoza kuzichita nthawi ina, kuzipereka kwa ena kapena kungozichotsa.

  • Mungayese kwa mlungu umodzi kuona mmene mukugwiritsira ntchito nthawi yanu. Kenako muziona zimene mungasinthe. Mukamachita zinthu zofunika pa nthawi yake, simungamapanikizike.

  • Muzikhala ndi nthawi yopuma. Ngakhale kupuma kanthawi kochepa, kungakuthandizeni kuti mupeze mphamvu komanso kuchepetsa nkhawa.

Muzipempha Ena Kuti Akuthandizeni

“Nkhawa mumtima mwa munthu ndi imene imauweramitsa, koma mawu abwino ndi amene amausangalatsa.”​—MIYAMBO 12:25.

Mfundo yake: Mawu abwino komanso olimbikitsa angakuthandizeni kuti mumveko bwino.

  • Muzifotokozera nkhawa zanu munthu amene amakumvetsani. Mnzanu wapamtima angakuthandizeni kuti muyambe kuona zinthu moyenera ndipo nthawi zina akhozanso kukuthandizani kudziwa njira yothetsera vuto lanu. Komanso mukauza wina mavuto anu, zimathandiza kuti mupepukidwe.

  • Muzipempha thandizo. Mukhoza kugawirako ena ntchito kapena kuwapempha kuti akuthandizeni.

  • Ngati amene mumagwira naye ntchito wakukhumudwitsani, muzikambirana kuti muthetse nkhaniyo. Mwachitsanzo, mungamuuze mokoma mtima komanso mosamala mmene zochita zakezo zakukhudzirani. (Miyambo 17:27) Ngati zimenezi zalephereka, mungasankhe kusiya kuchitira naye limodzi zinthu zina.

Muzilola Kuti Mulungu Azikutsogolerani

  • Muziwerenga mabuku amene angakuthandizeni kuyandikira Mulungu. Mfundo zimene zafotokozedwa m’magaziniyi zachokera m’Baibulo ndipo zingakuthandizeni kukhala pa ubwenzi ndi Mulungu.
