Kodi Ntchito Yanu Siikusangalatsani?

MUYENERA kuti mumagwira ntchito maola asanu ndi atatu patsiku. Imeneyo ndi nthaŵi yochuluka yomwe mumakhala osasangalala! Koma, munthu m’zaka za zana la 20 zino amagwira ntchito imodzimodzi ndipo siimakhala nzambiri zoti iye nkukondwera nazo.

Choncho mungapindule kwambiri ngati mungapangitse ntchito yanu kukhala yokondweretsa. Mumapeza chisangalalo chachikulu mwa kugwira ntchito, komanso mungadziŵe momwe mungadzachititsire ntchito yomwe mudzagwire mtsogolo kukhala yosangalatsa. Tiyeni tilingalirepo njira zina zochitira zimenezi.

Khalani Osangalala

Akatswiri ena amati muyenera kugwira ntchito monga kuti mukusangalala nayo. Mukatero, mudzakhala osangalala ndi ntchito yanu.

Izi nzomwe zimachitika mwachibadwa pamene mukuchita chinthu chimene mumakonda kwambiri. Mukhoza kuchita zofananazo mwa kudzikakamiza kugwira ntchito ndi mtima wonse yomwe kwenikweni simukonda.

Chitani Zonse Zomwe Mungathe  

Chitani zonse zomwe mungathe. Kutero kukhoza kukuthandizani kusangalala ndi ntchito. Ndithudi, malangizo ameneŵa akuwombana ndi ganizo lofala lakuti ngati ntchito ndi yosasangalatsa, muyenera kuyesetsa kuleka msanga. Koma kusasamala, kuzengereza, ndi kusachita khama kudzakuchititsani mphwayi ndi kukuchititsani nkhaŵa ndiponso kufooka. Nthaŵi zina munthu yemwe amabwera kunyumba kuchokera kuntchito ali wodandaula, wankhaŵa, ndi wotopa nthaŵi zonse akhoza kukhala akuvutika chifukwa cholephera kugwira ntchito mwakhama.

Malinga ndi Baibulo, kugwira ntchito mwakhama kumapangitsa ngakhale nthaŵi yopuma kukhala yosangalatsirapo kwambiri. “Kodi si chabwino kuti munthu adye namwe, naonetse moyo wake zabwino m’ntchito yake?” (Mlaliki 2:24) Kwa ena, izi zingamveke ngati mawu achikale, koma ena akugwiritsira ntchito pulinsipulo logwira ntchito nthaŵi zonse limeneli. M’malo mopikisana ndi ena, yesetsani kuchita zambiri. (Agalatiya 6:4) Khazikitsani njira zatsopano zochitira zinthu, ndiponso zolinga zatsopano. Yesetsani kuwongolera zinthu kuti zikhale zabwinopo. Mayi wina yemwe ntchito yake ndi kusoka zinthu zimodzimodzi, kumene ena angaone ngati kogwetsa mphwayi, anayamba maseŵera odziŵerengera nthaŵi yochitira zimenezo. Anali kuyang’anira ntchito yomwe anali kuchita ola lililonse, ndiye kenaka anali kuyesa kuiwonjezera. Ndithudi ntchito yake imamsangalatsa chifukwa amayesera kugwira mogwirizana ndi mmene angathere.—Miyambo 31:31.

“Kongoletsani” Ntchito Yanu

Akatswiri a zamaphunziro Dennis T. Jaffe ndi Cynthia D. Scott anati: “Yerekezerani ntchito yanu ndi nyumba yopanda kanthu. Mumaloŵamo ndi kuona mmene ilili. Ndiye kenaka mumayamba kulingalirapo. Mumasankha mmene mudzaikira zinthu, kukongoletsa, ndi kupanga nyumbayo kukhala yanudi. Imasonyeza umunthu wanu mwa kuikonza monga mmene mufunira.”

Ntchito zambiri amakupatsani pamodzi ndi ndandanda ya malamulo ndi malangizo ake. Kungopanga zoyenera kuchita zokha kuli ngati kukhala m’nyumba yopanda kanthu. Siimasonyeza umunthu wanu. Koma ngati musonyezapo masitayelo anu, ntchito yanu idzakhala yosangalatsa kwambiri. Palibe anthu aŵiri amene “angakongoletse” ntchito yawo mofanana. Woperekera zakudya wina akhoza kuloŵeza zakudya zomwe makasitomala anthaŵi zonse amakonda. Wina adzakhala wokoma mtima ndi waulemu kwambiri. Pitirizani Kuphunzira

Njira ina yokhalira ndi chimwemwe pantchito ndiyo kuphunzira. Buku lakuti Tension Turnaround, limanena kuti pamene tikukula, ubongo wathu umawonjezera mphamvu yogwira ntchito. ‘Koma,’ mukhoza kutsutsa motere, ‘ndinaphunzira kale zonse zofunika pantchito yanga!’ Ngati zili choncho, kodi simungaphunzire zinthu zomwe sizikukhudza ntchito yanu mwachindunji? Mwachitsanzo, mukhoza kuyamba kuphunzira za mmene ntchito yanu imakhudzira anthu ndi mavuto amene amapeza kapena zamakina amene mumagwiritsira ntchito. Koma musanyalanyaze mbali zina kumene mungapezeko chidziŵitso. Kuonerera anthu ali pantchito ndi kumaona luso lawo ndi kulephera kwawo zikhoza kukhala maphunziro. Mukhoza kuphunzira pa zolakwa zanu ndiponso mungaphunzire pa zomwe mwachita bwino, mwa kulingalira zomwe munachita bwinozo. Zomwe mumaphunzira pa zochita zanu ndi kuonerera anzanu zikhoza kukuphunzitsani zomwe simungaphunzire m’mabuku ndiponso m’kalasi.

Malingaliro Ena Otsiriza

Palinso njira ina imene mungaionere ntchito yanu. Mwina mungamalingalire kuti mufunikira zabwinopo—kuti ena ali ndi mwaŵi ndi kuti inu simunapatsidwepo mpata wochita ntchito imene mumafuna kugwira. Mukhoza kumakambitsirana kosalekeza ndi ena omwe mumagwirizana nawo, ndipo mungakhulupirire kuti zimenezi nzoona.

Koma sizingakhale zoona. Anthu ambiri amene amasangalala ndi ntchito yawo achita kuphunzira kuchita zimenezo. Munthu amene amasangalala ndi kukonza mapulani a nyumba akhozanso kuyamba kusangalala ndi kuyendetsa basi. Nchifukwa ninji? Chifukwa chakuti luso lake lolinganiza bwino ntchito limamsangalatsa ndi kumkhutiritsa.

Motero lekani kulingalira kumene kumapangitsa masiku onse ogwira ntchito pa mlungu kukhala odandaulitsa poyerekezera ndi mapeto a mlungu. Musataye nthaŵi kumalingalira zolephera zanu, kulingalira za zomwe zilakwike patsogolo ndi kuda nkhaŵa za zimene ena amalingalira za inu. Lingalirani za ntchito yomwe ikukudikirani. Osanyalanyaza Ntchito Yanu

Pa Miyambo 27:23, 24, Baibulo limati: “Udziŵitsitse zoŵeta zako zili bwanji, samalira magulu ako; pakuti chuma sichili chosatha; kodi korona alipobe mpaka mibadwomibadwo?” Kodi zimenezi zikutanthauza chiyani?

Zikutanthauza kuti chuma ndi udindo (korona), ngati mwazipeza, nthaŵi zambiri zimangokhalapo kwa kanthaŵi. Motero, mbusa wa m’nthaŵi za Baibulo ankasonyeza kukhala wanzeru ngati anali tcheru kusamalira kwambiri nkhosa zake, ndiko kuti ‘kusamalira magulu ake.’ Monga mmene mavesi atatu otsatira amasonyezera, zotsatira zake zikanakhala kusamalika kwa chuma cha iye wogwira ntchitoyo ndi banja lake.—Miyambo 27:25-27.

Iyo ndiyo, ndipo ikhoza kupitirizabe kukhala, njira yodalirika yopezera ndalama. Nkwanzeru kwambiri kwa munthu kuika mtima wake pa “magulu” ake, kusamalira kwambiri ntchito yomwe amadalira kuti apeze ndalama. Munthu akatero ndithudi zidzamthandiza kuti atetezere chuma chake chofunika tsopano ndi mtsogolo.
