9 So Jehovah tell Moses say: “Go meet Phar′aoh and tell-am say, ‘This one na wetin Jehovah the God of Hebrew people don talk: “Allow my people go so that them fit serve me. 2 But if you no gree allow them go and you continue to hold them, 3 see! Jehovah go use im power* kill your animals wey dey the land. The horse them, the donkeys, the camels, the cows, and the sheep, go get serious sickness. 4 And Jehovah go surely separate the animals of Israel and the animals of Egypt, and nothing wey Israel people get go die.”’” 5 Jehovah still fix time wey the punishment go start. E talk say: “Tomorrow Jehovah go do this thing for the land.”

6 And just the next day Jehovah do this thing wey e talk, and all the different-different kind of animals for Egypt start to die, but no single one die for the animals wey Israel get. 7 Phar′aoh find out, and see! no single one die for the animals wey Israel get. But Phar′aoh heart still no move-am to change, and e no allow the people go.

8 Then Jehovah tell Moses and Aaron say: “Make una full una hand with ashes from oven, and make Moses throw-am for air for front of Phar′aoh. 9 And e go turn to dust for the whole land of Egypt, and e go turn to serious boils ontop people and animals, for the whole land of Egypt.”

10 So them take ashes from big oven and stand for front of Phar′aoh, and Moses throw-am for air, and e turn to serious boils and spread for man and animals body. 11 The priests wey de do magic no fit stand for front of Moses because of the boils, because the boils don come out for the body of the priests wey de do magic, and for the body of all Egypt people. 12 But Jehovah allow Phar′aoh heart to strong like stone and e no listen to them, just as Jehovah don tell Moses.

13 Then Jehovah tell Moses say: “Get up for early morning and stand for front of Phar′aoh and tell-am say, ‘Na wetin Jehovah, the God of Hebrew people talk be this: “Allow my people make them go, so that them fit serve me. 14 So now, I de send all the punishment from me to hit you,* your servants, and your people, so that you go know say no other person dey like me for the whole earth. 15 Because by now, I for don stretch out my hand to hit you and your people with serious punishment, and you for no dey this earth again. 16 But na because of this reason I allow you to still dey alive: to show you my power and to make people talk about my name for the whole earth. 17 You still de treat my people for harsh way and no allow them go? 18 See, I go make plenty ice block fall like rain tomorrow around this time, the type wey never happen before for Egypt, from the day wey Egypt start come reach now. 19 So send message, make them bring all your animals, and everything wey be your own wey dey farm, to place wey get cover. 20 Anybody among Phar′aoh servants wey de fear Jehovah word no waste time to bring im own servants and im animals come inside house. 21 But anybody wey no take Jehovah word serious, leave im servants and im animals for farm.

22 Then Jehovah tell Moses say: “Stretch your hand face the heavens, so that ice block fit fall come down ontop all the land of Egypt, ontop people and animals, and all the plants wey dey the land of Egypt.” 23 So Moses stretch im stick to heaven, and Jehovah send thunder and ice block, and fire* come down for the earth, and Jehovah continue to make ice block fall like rain for the land of Egypt. 24 Ice block fall, and fire de flash among the ice block wey de fall. E really heavy. This kind thing never ever happen for the land since Egypt become nation. 25 The ice block destroy everything for farm for the whole land of Egypt, from man go reach animals, and e destroy all the plants and scatter all the trees for farm. 26 Na only for the land of Go′shen, where Israel people dey the ice block no fall.

27 So Phar′aoh call Moses and Aaron, and tell them say: “I don sin this time. Jehovah dey righteous, but me and my people dey wrong. 28 Beg Jehovah make im thunder and ice block stop. Then I go dey ready to allow una go, and una no go stay again.” 29 So Moses tell-am say: “As I just comot from the city, I go spread my hands for front of Jehovah. The thunder go stop and the ice block no go continue again, so that you go know say na Jehovah get the earth. 30 But as for you and your servants, I don already know say even with that one, una no go fear Jehovah God.”

31 Now the ice block don destroy the flax plants and the barley plants, because the barley be don mature and the flax be don produce flower. 32 But the ice block no destroy the wheat plants and the spelt plants because them go produce later.* 33 So Moses comot from Phar′aoh place and go out of the city, and e spread im hands for front of Jehovah, and the thunder and ice block stop, and the rain stop to pour come down for the earth. 34 When Phar′aoh see say the rain, the ice block, and the thunder don stop, e sin again and e make im heart strong, Phar′aoh and im servants. 35 And Phar′aoh heart continue to strong like stone and e no allow Israel people go, just as Jehovah don talk-am through Moses.
