1. Watch the VIDEO, or read John 4:​6-9. Then think about this questions:

  1. Wetin Jesus notice about the woman before e start to talk?

  2. Jesus talk say: “Give me water make I drink.” Why this one na better way to start the discussion?

2. We go fit talk well with person if we start with topic wey the person like.

3. Dey ready to change the topic. No feel say you must talk about the topic wey you don prepare. Start with topic wey other people de think about today. Ask yourself say:

  1. ‘Wetin them de talk for news?’

  2. ‘Wetin my neighbors, the people wey I de work with, or my classmates de talk about?’

4. De notice things around you. Ask yourself say:

  1. ‘Wetin the person de do now? Wetin the person fit de think about?’

  2. ‘Wetin the person cloth, the way the person be, and the way im house be, de tell me about the things wey the person believe or im culture?’

  3. ‘This time na good time to talk to the person?’

5. Listen.

  1. No talk too much.

  2. Encourage the person to talk wetin dey im mind. If e dey okay, make you ask questions.
