“Ukuba ubufuna naluphi na uncedo kuMariya, usenokuphumelela ukulufumana ngokusebenzisa iRosari. Andihambi ndingayiphathanga!”—UKevin.
“Safundiswa ukuba umele uthandaze kuThixo ngoMariya.”—UJeannine, owayesakuba ngunongendi ongumKatolika.
Ngaba kukho nasiphi na isiseko sokwenyaniso sokuthembela ngamandla kangako kwiRosari? Ngaba uThixo, uKristu okanye uMariya wancomela ukusetyenziswa kwayo? Imbali neLizwi likaThixo Elingcwele zithini ngayo?
Inkoliso yabantu esebenzisa iRosari ikholelwa ukuba olu qheliselo lunemvelaphi yobuKristu. UMariya ubizwa ngokuba “nguKumkanikazi weRosari Engcwele.” Kuthiwa nguye owayalela amaKatolika ukuba “athandaze kwiRosari.” Eyona Rosari iqhelekileyo, “iRosari yeNtombi Enyulu Esikelelekileyo uMariya,” iphandwa njengesusela kwinkulungwane ye-12 yeXesha Eliqhelekileyo yaza yafikelela kwimeko eyiyo ngoku ngenkulungwane ye-15. Kutheni le nto kugxininiswa kangaka kuMariya nakwiRosari? Amagosa angamaKatolika aphendula ngokwalatha kwisithunywa sezulu esinguGabriyeli esathi kuye: “Vuya, wena ubabalweyo! INkosi inawe; usikelelwe wena phakathi kwabafazi.” (Luka 1:28) UMariya wayesazi ukuba indima awaba nayo ekukhawuleni nasekuzaleni uYesu, nangona yayibalulekile, yayingenakuthelekiswa nesikhundla esiphakamileyo unyana awayeza kumzala awayeza kubekwa kuso. Ngokuphathelele naye, isithunywa sezulu uGabriyeli sathi: “Yena uya kuba mkhulu, abizwe ngokuba nguNyana wOsenyangweni; iNkosi uThixo iya kumnika itrone kaDavide, uyise, . . . nobukumkani bakhe bungabi nasiphelo.”—Luka 1:32, 33.
Phawula ukuba ingqalelo ayizange inikelwe kangako kuMariya, kodwa yanikelwa kunyana awayeza kumkhawula—uYesu. Yayinguye owayeza kuba mkhulu aze alawule njengoKumkani. (Filipi 2:9, 10) Akukho nento le eyalatha ukuba uMariya wayeza kuba “nguKumkanikazi weRosari Engcwele.” Phofu ke, uMariya wasikelelwa; waba ngunina kaYesu.—Luka 1:42.
UMariya wayengengomfazi onamabhongo, ofuna ukubaluleka. Wayevuya yaye enelisekile kukuba ngumkhonzi ozithobileyo woThixo Osenyangweni. Isimo sakhe sengqondo sokululama nesokuthobela sityhilwa yindlela awasabela ngayo kwisithunywa sezulu uGabriyeli xa wathi: “Mna ndingumkhonzazana wenkosi.” (Luka 1:38, The Jerusalem Bible) Kubo bonke ubomi bakhe, uMariya wazingqina njengomfazi wokholo nonyanisekileyo, othanda ubulungisa, umfundi kaYesu Kristu othembekileyo nonyanisekileyo owathi ndawonye nabo wayekhonza nabo ngokuzithoba bathandaza kuThixo uSomandla. AmaKristu amandulo athandaza kunye noMariya, engathandazi kuye.—IZenzo 1:13, 14.
Umthandazo NeRosari
AmaKristu awugqala umthandazo njengelona lungiselelo lixabisekileyo loMdali—isipho sokwenene esimele sixatyiswe kakhulu. Umthandazo yintetho ebonakalisa intlonelo kuThixo uSomandla. Ifanele idlulisele iimvakalelo zethu ezisuka ezintsweni neengcinga ezisuka entliziyweni. INew Catholic Encyclopedia ithi: “Umthandazo ufanele ube yimbonakaliso kabani yobuhlobo bakhe noThixo.” Ukumbongoza uThixo kufanele kungabi yinto yesiqhelo nje engenantsingiselo, okanye sibambelele kwizicengcelezo zamagama esiwathandayo.—Mateyu 6:7, 8.
Ngaba iRosari ifak’ isandla kwimithandazo enjalo enentsingiselo? UJeannine wafumanisa ukuba ukucengceleza “ooMariya Abangcwele” kwiRosari “kuye ngokungaqondakaliyo kwasisicengcelezo.” Ukucengceleza amazwi amanye kwiRosari zange kumsondeze ngokungakumbi kuThixo. Omnye owayesakuba ngunongendi wamaKatolika uLydia uthi: “Andizange ndifumanise nantoni na eyimfundiso ekucengcelezeni iRosari. Ndandidla ngokukhetha ukufunda iincwadi ezingonqulo.” Ukucengcelezwa kwemithandazo akunanjongo, ekubeni uThixo wathembisa esithi: “Kuya kuthi bengekabizi, ndisabele.” (Isaya 65:24; Mateyu 6:7, 8, 32) UThixo uSomandla uyayixabisa yaye uyayiphendula imithandazo yethu esiwa kuye ngentshukumisa efanelekileyo esuka kwintliziyo enyanisekileyo. IRosari ayincedi mntu ukuba asondele kuThixo ngemithandazo enentsingiselo nesuka entliziyweni.—INdumiso 119:145; Hebhere 10:22.
Indlela Yokusondela KuThixo
Ekuphela kwendlela eyamkelekileyo yokufikelela ‘kuMphulaphuli wemithandazo’ kungoYesu Kristu. (INdumiso 65:2) Ngokucacileyo uYesu wafundisa oku: “Ndim indlela, ndim inyaniso, ndim ubomi; akukho namnye uzayo kuBawo, engezi ngam.” (Yohane 14:6) UMariya akazange amenywe ukuba abe nesabelo kule mbopheleleko aze asebenze njengomlamleli. Ukuba uMariya wayejizekwe ngeli lungelo likhethekileyo, ngokuqinisekileyo uYehova ngewayekwenze kwaziwa oko.—Hebhere 4:14-16; 1 Yohane 2:1, 2.
IRosari nokucengcelezwa kwemithandazo kunemvelaphi yamazwe ekuthiwa ayengengawo awobuKristu. Ukuthandaza kuMariya kukutyeshela oko kwafundiswa nguYesu, ukuba “akukho namnye uzayo kuBawo, engezi [ngaye].” Ngaloo ndlela, ukusebenzisa iRosari noMariya akuyondlela kaThixo yokusondela kuye ngomthandazo.
