NGOKUTSHO kweWorld Health Organization (WHO), bamalunga nama-25 ekhulwini abantu abahlala kumazwe asakhasayo abangafumani manzi acocekileyo. 2. Sebenzisa Indlu Yangasese.

Ukuthintela ukusasazeka kweentsholongwane, kubalulekile ukuyicoca ngokupheleleyo indawo ebinelindle. Izigulo ezininzi, ngokukodwa isisu segazi, zivela kwiintsholongwane ezikwilindle lomntu. 3. Sebenzisa amanzi acocekileyo.

Iimpukane ezisasaza iintsholongwane, ziyathanda ukuzalela kwiindawo ekulahlelwa kuzo ukutya. Ngoko inkunkuma yasendlwini akufanele iphoswe nje ebaleni. Imele igqunyelelwe, itshiswe, okanye itshatyalaliswe nokuba kungayiphi na indlela yonke imihla.

Ngokusebenzisa ezi zikhokelo, unokuzikhusela wena nentsapho yakho kwisisu segazi, ikholera, ityphoid, isifo esibangelwa ziintshulube, ityhefu esekutyeni, nakwezinye izifo ezininzi.
