UMUNTU ubheka phezulu esibhakabhakeni sasebusuku esigcwele izinkanyezi, bese egcwala ukwesaba nokumangala. Njengoba egqolozele loluphahla lwezinkanyezi olukude lé phezulu, uzizwa emncanyana futhi engabalulekile. Angase akhumbule ngisho namazwi omhubi ashiwo kudala kakhulu: “Laph[o] ngibuka izulu lakho, umsebenzi weminwe yakho, inyanga nezinkanyezi ozimisileyo, umuntu uyini ukuba umkhumbule, nendodana yomuntu ukuba uyinake na?” (IHubo 8:3, 4) Umhubi wabona izinkulungwane ezimbalwa zezinkanyezi wayesezizwa emncane; manje umuntu uyazi ukuthi kunezigidi zezinkulungwane zemithala enezigidi zezinkulungwane zezinkanyezi emthaleni ngamunye, futhi uzizwa emncane ngisho nakakhulu. Imibuzo ingase ilakanyane engqondweni yakhe: ‘Kungaba kanjani ukuthi ngibalulekile? Kungani ngilapha? Ngingubani mina?’

Kodwa akukho silwane esinemicabango enjalo.

Umuntu ubheka izinhlobonhlobo zezinto eziphilayo ezimzungezile futhi aphawule umklamo omangalisayo owenzelwe ukufeza izinjongo eziwusizo. Ubona izinyoni ezifudukayo zihambe izinkulungwane zamakhilomitha, izilwane ezincelisayo ezicashela ukubanda kuso sonke isikhathi sasebusika obubandayo, nezinye izinhlobo eziningi zezinto eziphilayo ezasebenzisa amaza omsindo, izipholisa-moya, injini ezenza zindize, izinto zokukhipha usawoti, izinto zokuqeda iqhwa, izinto zokuphefumula ngaphansi kwamanzi, amagumbi anomoya-mpilo, izinto zokuzwa izinga lokushisa, amaphepha, izingilazi, amawashi, amacompass, ugesi, izinjini eziphenduphendukayo, nezinye izinto eziningi ezimangalisayo esikhathini eside ngaphambi kokuba umuntu azicabange. Abantu abacabangayo bayazibuza: ‘Zaba khona kanjani zonke lezinto eziklameke ngendlela emangalisayo, eyinkimbinkimbi, nenenjongo? Ubani umuntu ohlakaniphe kakhulu owazenza?’

Nalapha, akukho silwane esike sicabange nganoma yikuphi kwalokhu.

Kodwa umuntu uyacabanga ngakho. Kungani umuntu, phakathi kwazo zonke izigidi zezinkulungwane zezidalwa ezisemhlabeni, kunguye kuphela okhexa ngokwesaba nangokumangala lapho ebona amazulu phezulu nezimangaliso zezinto eziphilayo lapha phansi? Kungani? Kungenxa yokuthi umuntu uhlukile.

Kungani Umuntu Ehluke Kangaka?

Kungenxa yokuthi uyena kuphela owadalwa ngomfanekiso kaNkulunkulu, wamfuza: “UNkulunkulu wathi: Masenze abantu ngomfanekiso wethu, basifuze.” (Genesise 1:26) Lokhu kuchaza ukuthi kungani kukhona umhosha ongavaleki phakathi komuntu nesilwane. Kuchaza ukuthi kungani kungekho esinye isidalwa emhlabeni esihlobene ngokuqhelelana nomuntu. Kuchaza isizathu sokuthi kungani umuntu eyisidalwa esicabangayo, esibuza imibuzo ngezwe elisizungezile, nesizikhathaza ngezindinganiso zokuziphatha.

Kungayiphi indlela umuntu enziwe ngomfanekiso kaNkulunkulu futhi emfuzile? Kungokuba nezinye izimfanelo zikaNkulunkulu, ezifana nothando, umusa, ubulungisa, ukuhlakanipha, amandla, isihe, ukulunga, ukubekezela, ukwethembeka, ubuqotho, ukukholeka, ukukhuthala, nokukwazi ukusungula izinto. Lezi izimfanelo ezinhle ezazihlelwe engqondweni yomuntu ekuqaleni, kodwa ngokusebenzisa kabi kombhanqwana wokuqala ongabantu inkululeko yokuzikhethela, okwaholela ekuhlubukeni kwawo, lezimfanelo zahlanekezeleka futhi zangabe zisadluliselwa ziphelele enzalweni yabo. Lezimfanelo zaketuka futhi ngokungasetshenziswa ezinye zanyamalala konembeza. Nokho, eyabaseKolose 3:9, 10 ibonisa ukuthi, ngokuzuza ulwazi oluqondile ngoNkulunkulu nangokulusebenzisa, singembatha ubuntu obusha siphinde sifane ‘nomfanekiso kaNkulunkulu futhi simfuze.’

Lapho uJehova uNkulunkulu enika amaIsrayeli uMthetho kaMose, wawunezindinganiso zokuziphatha zangempela, phakathi kwazo kwakuyiMiyalo Eyishumi nomyalo wokuba ‘athande omakhelwane bawo njengoba ezithanda wona.’ (Levitikusi 19:18; Eksodusi 20:3-17) Lezindinganiso kwakumelwe zidluliselwe njengefa ezizukulwaneni ezilandelayo. UMose watshela uIsrayeli ukuba alalele loMthetho, wabe eseqhubeka ethi: “[Yalani] ngawo abantwana benu ukuba baqaphele ukwenza amazwi onke alomthetho. Izindinganiso Zokulungisa Ukuwohloka Kwezindinganiso Zokuziphatha

Nokho, abaningi baphikisa ngokuthi, manje umphakathi usuhlukene kangangokuthi akukho qoqo elilodwa lezindinganiso ebelingahlanganisa izidingo zabo bonke abantu. Izizinda ezehlukene namasiko kudinga ukuba kube nezinhlobonhlobo zezindinganiso, bona abazifunayo. Kodwa iyiphi inkinga yesimanje ebingeke ixazululeke ngokusebenzisa umyalo kaJesu wokuthanda umakhelwane wakho njengoba uzithanda wena? Noma ukwenza kwabanye lokho ongathanda bakwenze kuwe? Noma ukuphila ngezimiso eziseMiyalweni Eyishumi? Noma ukuzibekela umgomo wokuthela izithelo zomoya ezibhalwe kweyabaseGalathiya 5:22, 23: “Izithelo zikaMoya ziluthando, nokujabula, nokuthula, nokubekezela, nobubele, nobuvi, nokukholeka, nobumnene, nokuzithiba. Akukho-mthetho omelana nokunjalo.” Akukho nowodwa kulena ofuna into engenakwenzeka; noma imuphi kuyo ubungasusa omaye abaningi abakhona emphakathini.

‘Kodwa abantu ngeke baphile ngaleyondlela!’ uyasho. Nokho, uma ucabanga ukuthi amakhambi anjalo anzima kakhulu, ungalindeli ukuba izinkinga zixazululwe ngezinye izindlela ezilula. Abantu balindeleke ukuba badle ngokusesilinganisweni, bavivinye umzimba, bayeke ukubhema, bazithibe ngendlela abaphila ngayo ngenxa yempilo yabo. Ukwaneliseka ngokobulili kuphela okubonakala kunikwe indawo engcwele kakhulu yokuzitika okuqhubekayo okungenamingcele.” Akukhona ukuthi abakwazi ukusebenzisa lezindinganiso; kumane nje kuwukuthi abafuni. Ngakho umphakathi uyatshala futhi uvune.

Namuhla lezizindinganiso seziye zaba ihlazo. Abaningi bathi okubi kuhle okuhle kubi, njengoba kwabikezelwa ukuthi babezokwenza kanjalo: “Wo kubona abasho okubi ukuthi kungokuhle, nokuhle ukuthi kungububi, ababeka ubumnyama bube-ngukukhanya, nokukhanya kube-ngubumnyama, babeke nokubabayo kube ngubumtoti, nobumtoti bube-ngokubabayo!” (Isaya 5:20) Nokho, abanye banokukhathazeka okwandayo. Babona isivuno esibolile esivela kufilosofi yokuthi yenza okuthandayo futhi bafuna ukubona ukuphela kokuwohloka kokuziphatha okukhona.

Ingabe Inkolo Nomkhaya Kungasiza?

Kunezimiso eziningi ezinikezwayo ukuze kubuyiselwe izindinganiso. Esinye siyinkolo. Kucatshangwa ukuthi sizonika amandla angokomoya. Kodwa lawomandla ngeke atholakale ezinkolweni zeLobukholwa ezibambelele emasikweni. Ezinye ziye zahlehlela ebuqabeni ukuze zibuyise izinto ezihlambalazayo ezifana noZiqu-zintathu, ukuhlushwa phakade, nomphefumulo ongafi. Ezinye ziye zalahla isihlengo nendalo ukuze zikhulekele inkolo yesayensi yokuziphendukela kwemvelo. Zithanda ukucusumbula okuphika ukwethembeka kweZwi likaNkulunkulu, iBhayibheli. Zinikeza “ubuKristu” obululaziwe nobungcoliswe kangangokuthi akusali lutho oluzuzisayo, futhi isizukulwane esisha sibona ubuzenzisi nenkohliso eyize. Cha, akumelwe sibheke ezinkolweni ezigula ngaleyondlela ukuze sithole amandla angokomoya kodwa kumelwe sibheke kuphela ekukhulekeleni okusekelwe eBhayibhelini okumemezela uMbuso kaJehova njengokuwukuphela kwethemba lomhlaba.

Nokho, kunomunye umthombo wosizo wokusiza abantu abakhathazekile, lowomthombo uwumkhaya, okuyisimiso abazali abangagxilisa kuso izindinganiso zokuziphatha kubantwana babo. Ukunamathelana okwaqala lapho bezalwa kumelwe kuqhubeke. Abantwana abathanda futhi bathembe abazali babo bafuna ukuba njengabo, ukulingisa indlela abakhuluma futhi benze ngayo, ukulingisa indlela abaziphatha ngayo, nokumunca ukuziphatha kwabo, futhi ngokuhamba kwesikhathi izindinganiso zokuziphatha zabazali zingezingena esimisweni sezindinganiso zokuziphatha sabantwana. Izincazelo ezilula, hhayi izinkulumo ezinde ezinamagama amaningi; ukuxoxisana nabo, hhayi izinkulumo ezishaya phansi ngonyawo, ziyizindlela eziphumelelayo.

Abazali abangashumayezi nje kuphela kodwa futhi abagcina izindinganiso zokuziphatha zangempela bayokwazi ukwenza abantwana babo bafake lezozindinganiso zokuziphatha kubo. Abantwana abanjalo ngeke balinyazwe izibonelo ezimbi zontanga esikoleni noma kwenye indawo. Njengoba izAga 22:6 zisho: “Khulisa umntwana ngendlela eyakuba-ngeyakhe; kuyakuthi lapho esekhulile, angasuki kuyo.” Qeqesha ngeseluleko esinezindinganiso zokuziphatha. Izakhi Zethu Zofuzo Zifakwe Ikhono Lokuba Nezindinganiso Zokuziphatha

UJesu wathi: “Bayajabula abaqaphela isidingo sabo esingokomoya.” (Mathewu 5:3, NW) Kuyisidingo esingokwemvelo esifakwe ezingqondweni zethu, njengoba ezinye izazi zezifo zengqondo ziye zasho. Kuyiqiniso futhi ukuthi siyokwazi kuphela ukumelana nezindinganiso ezingamanga ezisekelwa namuhla uma sinamandla angokomoya.

Ekuvumelaneni neqiniso lokuthi sadalwa ngomfanekiso kaNkulunkulu futhi samfuza, sinekhono lokuba nezindinganiso zokuziphatha elifakwe lajula kithi, uThomas Lickona, uprofesa wezemfundo, uthi: “Ngicabanga ukuthi ukukwazi ukwenza okuhle kukhona kwasekuqaleni.” Kodwa wenezela ngokuthi “abazali kumelwe banakekele leyomizwa engokwemvelo njengoba nje besiza abantwana babo ukuba babe abafunda kahle noma abadlali noma abaculi.”

Umqondisi wezinhlelo zeTV uNorman Lear wayeyisikhulumi esimenyiwe emhlanganweni wezwe lonke weNational Education Association. Umuntu uyaphumputha. Akuphumputhayo uNkulunkulu. Abanye babekwenza lokhu osukwini lukaPawulu. Wathi: “Ukuze zifune uNkulunkulu, ingabe zingamuzwa, zimfumane; ingani kakude kulowo nalowo kithi.” (IzEnzo 17:27) Akukho silwane esiphumputha uNkulunkulu. Akukho ngisho nesisodwa esinomqondo ngoNkulunkulu. Umuntu onawo, wenziwe ngomfanekiso kaNkulunkulu, negebe elingenakuvaleka elimhlukanisa ngisho nesilwane esihlakaniphe kakhulu. Futhi njengoba lombhalo usitshela, uNkulunkulu “kakude kulowo nalowo kithi.”

Sibona ubufakazi bokuba khona kwakhe kuyo yonke indawo esizungezile bubonakala endalweni yakhe, njengoba amaRoma 1:20 esho: “Ngokuba okungabonwayo kwakhe, kuthi amandla akhe aphakade nobuNkulunkulu bakhe kubonakala kwasekudalweni kwezwe, ngokuba kuqondakala ngezenzo zakhe, kuze kungabi-nakuzilandulela.” Njengoba ososayensi bebona izenzakalo ezengeziwe ezingenakuchazwa nobunkimbinkimbi futhi becabanga ngezimangaliso zendawo yonke, mhlawumbe abengeziwe kubo bazomqonda uMuntu Ophakeme owasebenza ukuze akhe zonke lezinto futhi bazi uMdali wabo, uJehova uNkulunkulu.

Umhlaba nezinto ezigcwele kuwo kungokukaJehova. Ubekela labo abahlala kuwo izindinganiso zokuziphatha. Uye wasinika izindinganiso zokuziphatha zangempela njengeziqondiso eziyisa enjabulweni nasekuphileni. Futhi uye wanika abantu inkululeko yokuzikhethela. Abaphoqelekile ukuba bamlalele. Bonke bayosebenzisa izindinganiso zokuziphatha abazizuze ngefa futhi ngeke besaphinde bahlushwe ukuwohloka kokuziphatha. Futhi kuyokwenzeka nini konke lokhu? Lapho lomthandazo usuphendulwa, ngokushesha: “Umbuso wakho mawufike, intando yakho mayenziwe emhlabeni njengasezulwini.”—Mathewu 6:10.
