Ukuzindela—Isela Lesikhathi

KAHLE bo! Ungasibeki phansi lesisihloko! Uyazi ukuthi yini engase yenzeke. Ungase usibeke phansi uthi: “Yisihloko esithakazelisayo, kodwa anginaso isikhathi sokusifunda manje. Ngizosibona kamuva.” Kodwa ungase ungaphinde usithinte.

Ungazindeli ukufunda isihloko esikhuluma ngokuzindela! Bheka isikhathi. Cishe uyokwazi ukufunda lesisihloko ngemizuzu engaba mihlanu. Khona-ke uyobe usuqede amaphesenti angaba yishumi awo wonke lomagazini! Bheka iwashi lakho uqale ukubala. (Usufunde amaphesenti amahlanu kakade!)

Ingabe Ukuzindela?

Uma uhlehlisa ongakwenza—noma ofanele ukwenze manje—khona-ke uyazindela. Ngamanye amazwi, ukuhlehlisela kusasa lokho ongakwenza manje, namuhla. Umuntu ozindelayo uyalibala ukuthatha isinyathelo lapho sidingeka.

Umphathi emsebenzini ucela umbiko esisebenzini; abazali bacela ingane yabo ukuba ihlanze ikamelo layo; inkosikazi icela umyeni wayo ukuba alungise umpompi. Ukuthi “Bengimatasa” noma, “Ngikhohliwe” noma, “Angizange ngisithole isikhathi” kuyizaba ezibekwayo zokungakwenzi okuthile. Iqiniso liwukuthi, bambalwa kithi abathanda ukwenza imibiko noma ukuhlanza amakamelo noma ukulungisa amapayipi lapho kunezinto ezijabulisa kakhudlwana abangazenza. Kanjalo siyakuhlehlisa, siyalibala ukukwenza.

Nokho, ingabe bewazi ukuthi ngezinye izikhathi akukhona ukuzindela lapho sihlehlisa ukwenza okuthile? Owesifazane othile ongusomabhizinisi othola isicelo kodwa engazi ukuthi enzeni ngaso usifaka ebhokisini elibhalwe ukuthi “okusazokwenziwa” elisedeskini lakhe. Ngemva kwamasonto ambalwa, ubukeza lezizinto futhi aqaphele ukuthi ingxenye yazo ayidingi ukwenziwa. Zilungile noma azisadingeki. Uma ungaqiniseki ukuthi kufanele ulibale noma uthathe isinyathelo, zama ukuthola ukuthi kuyokwenzekani uma ungakwenzi lokho okuhlehlisayo. Ingabe umphumela uyoba ngcono uma ukwenza noma uyoba mubi?

Uma singathatha isinyathelo manje futhi kufanele sisithathe futhi uma ukulibala kungabangela izinkinga ezengeziwe kamuva, khona-ke kuwukuzindela. Ngokwesibonelo, ukugeza izitsha sezomile kwenza ukuzihlanzisisa kube nzima. Ukuhlehlisa ukulungisa imoto kungabangela izindleko ezinkulu zokuyilungisa kamuva. Ukwephuza ukukhokha isikweletu kungabangela inhlawulo enkulu noma ukulahlekelwa izinkonzo. Owesifazane othile wabala ukuthi inhlawulo yokukhokha sekwephuzile amathikithi akhe omgwaqo, amakhasethi e-video, nezincwadi zasemtatsheni ifinyelela ingqikithi yama-dollar angu-46 (amaRandi angu-167)! Lokho kwakungokwenyanga eyodwa kuphela!

Ukubamba Isela

Qonda isizathu esikwenza uzindele. Cabangela izizathu ezilandelayo, ubone ukuthi ungasithola yini esifanelana nomsebenzi osezandleni ongakawuqali noma ongakawuqedi:

Umkhuba:

Uma ngilinda kuze kube umzuzu wokugcina, ngiyoshukumiseleka kakhulu ukuba ngiwuqede.

Ngiyakujabulela ukuwenza sengiphuthuma.

Ngizolinda kuze kube yilapho umqashi wami engikhumbuza kaningana, khona-ke ngiyokwazi ukuthi kungokuthile afuna ukuba kwenziwe ngempela.

Nginokuningi kakhulu okumelwe ngikwenze kangangokuthi nginakekela izinto eziphuthumayo kuphela.

Isimo Sengqondo:

Anginasifiso noma isisusa sokwenza lesisabelo.

Ngimane ngenze izinto lapho nginomuzwa wokuthi ngiyafuna ukuzenza.

Ngifuna ukwenza okuthile okuhlukile.

Ngintula ukuzikhuza.

Ukwesaba:

Angiqiniseki ukuthi ngingakwenza.

Anginasikhathi esanele sokukwenza.

Umsebenzi omkhulu. Ngidinga usizo.

Kuthiwani uma ngingaphumeleli noma ngingaqedi?

Kumelwe ngithole izinto zokuqedela lomsebenzi.

Ngisaba ukuthi ngizogxekwa noma ngidunyazwe.

Abantu abahlukene bazindela ngamazinga ahlukene. Abanye bazindela bengakaqali ngoba babheka umsebenzi njengomkhulu ngokweqile. Abanye bayaqala, kodwa lapho bephakathi, baphelelwa intshiseko, bese behlehlisa bangawuqedi. Abanye-ke bathi lapho sebezowuqeda baqale omunye umsebenzi, bashiye owokuqala bengawuqedanga. Izizathu zakho zokungawuqali noma zokungawuqedi umsebenzi zingase ziwele kuzo zontathu lezizigaba. Encwadini ethi The Now Habit, uNeil Fiore wabhala: “Izinto ezintathu eziyinhloko ezibangela izinkinga eziningi zokuzindela: ukuzizwa uyisisulu, ukuphelelwa amandla, nokwesaba ukuhluleka.” Kungakhathaliseki ukuthi ziyini izizathu, uma ungathola izimbangela, uyobe usondele ekhambini.

Uma ungaqiniseki ukuthi kungani uzindela, yenza umbhalo wemisebenzi yakho yesonto ngezikhawu zengxenye yehora. Thola indlela osisebenzisa ngayo isikhathi. Kungakuvula amehlo ukubona ukuthi singakanani isikhathi esisisebenzisa ezintweni ezingabalulekile ezingena phakathi kwemisebenzi ebalulekile. Kodwa bese kwenzekani?

Cabanga Ngemiphumela

Ukulindela ukuthi okuthile kuyokwenziwa ngaphandle kokwenza umzamo kungabangela ukuphatheka kabi. Njengoba kusondela isikhathi esinqunyiwe, uqala ukucindezeleka nokukhathazeka. Njengoba lemizwa inqwabelana, ikhono lakho elihle lingase liphazamiseke. Awukhathaleli kakhulu ukuhlola izindlela ezihlukahlukene zokufeza umgomo kodwa unesithakazelo ngokuyinhloko ekufezeni umsebenzi.

Ngokwesibonelo: Unikezwe isabelo senkulumo. Ebusuku bangaphambi kwalokho, uhlala phansi ubhale amazwi ambalwa. Awuzange uchithe isikhathi esanele sokucwaninga ngendaba yakho, ngakho uyashwampuluza. Mhlawumbe ngomzamo nje owengeziwe, ubungahlanganisa nokuhlangenwe nakho, ukwaziswa okusekelayo, noma amashadi okusiza izilaleli zakho ukuba zibone indaba ngeso lengqondo.

Omunye umphumela wokulibala ekwenzeni umsebenzi othile ukwehluleka ukuphumula lapho sinesikhathi esikhululekile. Lokho kubangelwa ukuthi sinomuzwa obeleselayo (noma umuntu othile obelesela ngokusikhumbuza) wokuthi kunomsebenzi esingawenzanga.

Ngingenzenjani?

Yenza uhlu. Lwenze ngobusuku obandulelayo. Bhala phansi izinto ofuna ukuzenza ngosuku olulandelayo. Ngalendlela ngeke ukhohlwe okuthile, futhi uyobona intuthuko yakho njengoba uphawula izinto osuziqedile. Kwesokudla somsebenzi ngamunye, bhala ukuthi ulinganisela ukuthi lesisabelo sizokuthatha isikhathi esingakanani. Uma wenza uhlu losuku ‘Lwezinto Okufanele Zenziwe,’ sebenzisa imizuzu. Uma wenza uhlu lomsebenzi ohleliwe, sebenzisa amahora. Yenza loluhlu ngobusuku obandulelayo. Chitha imizuzu embalwa ulungiselela uhlu lwakho losuku olulandelayo. Gcina ikhalenda lanyanga zonke eduze. Njengoba wamukela izabelo nezinto okufanele uzenze, kubhale phansi.

Lapho uhlaziya imisebenzi yosuku olulandelayo, hlela lezizinto ngokubaluleka kwazo ekhalendeni lakho, ubeke u-A, B, C, njalonjalo eceleni kwento ngayinye okufanele yenziwe. Abanye abantu basebenza kangcono ekuseni, abanye ntambama noma kusihlwa. Hlelela imisebenzi yakho emikhulu isikhathi esingcono kuwe. Beka imisebenzi engajabulisi ngaphambi kwejabulisayo.

Bheka isikhathi. Uma ushiywa isikhathi njalo, ugijima ngokoqobo ngoba ushiywe isikhathi, funda ukubheka isikhathi. Lokhu kusho ukuthi nquma ngokunembile ukuthi uyodinga isikhathi esingakanani sokwenza umsebenzi othile. Nezela eminye imizuzu embalwa kulowomsebenzi ngenxa “yenhlekelele” engase ivele. Ungakhohlwa ukushiya isikhathi esanele phakathi kwezinto okufanele uzenze. Kudingeka unezele isikhathi sokuhamba. Awunakuphuma emhlanganweni ngo-10:00 ekuseni ufike kolandelayo ngo-10:00 ekuseni ngisho noma usegumbini elilandelayo, ingasaphathwa uma ukwenye indawo. Yiba nesikhawu esanele.

Yaba umsebenzi. Sivame ukuzama ukuzenzela zonke izinto nakuba kungase kungadingeki ngaso sonke isikhathi. Omunye umuntu angase akwazi ukusihambisela iphasela uma sazi ukuthi uya eposini.

Uhlukanise. Ngezinye izikhathi asiwuqali umsebenzi omusha ngenxa yobukhulu bawo. Kungani ungawuhlukanisi lomsebenzi omkhulu ube imisebenzi emincane? Njengoba siqeda imisebenzi emincane, sizoyibona intuthuko yethu futhi sikhuthalele ukuqeda ingxenye elandelayo.

Hlelela iziphazamiso. Kuneziphazamiso njalo lapho sisebenza—izingcingo, izivakashi, izinkinga, iposi. Sifuna ukusebenza ngokuphumelelayo, okuhlanganisa nokusebenza nabanye abantu nabo abanqunyelwe isikhathi. Uma sikhathalela kuphela ukuphumelela emsebenzini, sizocunuka lapho abanye bephazamisa imisebenzi yethu. Ngakho-ke, hlelela iziphazamiso. Usuku ngalunye yiba nesikhathi sezinto ezingahlelwanga. Lapho zivela, ungazinakekela, wazi ukuthi uzibekele isikhathi esithile.

Umvuzo. Lapho uhlela isikhathi sakho, kufanele uhlelele ukusebenza ngokuzikhandla noma ngokunganqamuki imizuzu engaba ngu-90. Ungakhohlwa ukuhlela isikhathi sokulungiselela umsebenzi. Ngemva kokuqala umsebenzi futhi ususebenze isikhathi esingangehora nengxenye, kungase kudingeke ukuba uhlabe ikhefu okwesikhashana.
