Indlala Isho Ukuthini?

NAKUBA kuyiqiniso ukuthi umsebenzi wezolimo uye wenza intuthuko enkulu eminyakeni yamuva, kuyiqiniso futhi ukuthi kusukela ngo-1914 isintu siye sabona ukuntuleka kokudla okuningana. Abanye bangase babe nomuzwa wokuthi ngoba kunomnotho omningi kangaka namuhla, akunangqondo ukuthi lesi isikhathi lapho ihhashi elimnyama lendlala selikuwo wonke umhlaba. Kodwa iBhayibheli alisho ukuthi wonke umuntu uyobe elamba ngalesosikhathi. Eqinisweni, izwi embonweni lamemezela intengo ephakeme kakhulu yokudla okuvamilea lathi futhi: “Amafutha newayini ungakoni.” (IsAmbulo 6:6) Amafutha newayini kwakuyizinto zokunethezeka. NoJesu lapho eprofetha ngendlala, waxwayisa: “Xwayani ukuba izinhliziyo zenu zingasindwa ngukuminza nokudakwa nokunaka okwalokhukuphila, lunizume lolosuku ningazelele, ngokuba luyakufika njengogibe.” (Luka 21:34, 35) Ngesikhathi lapho abanye bephethwe indlala, abanye babeyoba sengozini yokuminza. Yebo. “Izindawo Ngezindawo”

UJesu waxwayisa ngokuthi kwakuyoba khona “indlala . . . izindawo ngezindawo.” (Mathewu 24:7) Ingabe lokho kuye kwenzeka kusukela ngo-1914? Yebo. Izindaba Ezinhle

Embonweni womphostoli uJohane, ihhashi elimnyama lendlala lalihambisana nehhashi elimpofu lempi nehhashi elibomvu lezifo. Futhi uJesu, lapho ebikezela ngendlala “izindawo ngezindawo,” wathi lokhu kwakuyohambisana nokuzamazama komhlaba okukhulu, ubhici, izimpi nezinye izinhlupho eziningi. (Mathewu 24:7-14; Luka 21:10-28) Iqiniso lokuthi zonke lezinto ziyenzeka namuhla liphawula lokhu njengesikhathi esibalulekile uJesu nomphostoli uJohane abasibikezela.

Ukugibela kwabagibeli bamahhashi abane besAmbulo kwakuyoba isibonakaliso sokuthi uJesu osanda kuthweswa umqhele wayephuma “engonqobayo noyakunqoba.” (IsAmbulo 6:1-8) Incazelo eningiliziwe yezenzakalo zezwe uJesu ayinikeza yayiyimpendulo yombuzo wabafundi bakhe: “Lokhu kuyakuba-nini, nesibonakaliso sokuza kwakho nesokuphela kwezwe siyakuba-yini na?”—Mathewu 24:3.

Siphila ezinsukwini ezibalulekile. UJesu manje uyabusa ngokungabonakaliyo njengeNkosi. Ngokushesha ‘uyonqoba’ ngokususa abantu ababi aphuce uSathane uDeveli amandla, oyimbangela eyinhloko yobubi. (IHubo 37:9-11; IsAmbulo 20:1-3) Kungakho uJesu aqhubeka wathi: “Nxa nibona lezozinto zenzeka, yazini ukuthi umbuso kaNkulunkulu useduze.”—Luka 21:31.

Lezi izindaba ezinhle ezilandela usizi esifunda ngalo emaphephandabeni ethu. Ngokushesha ukugadula kwehhashi elimnyama lendlala kuzophela futhi uMbuso kaNkulunkulu uyoletha uhulumeni olungileyo emhlabeni. (IHubo 72:1, 16) Lolo kuyoba ushintsho olukhulukazi oluzuzisayo kuwo wonke umlando wesintu. Kungani ungazifundeli ngalo ngokwakho eBhayibhelini lakho siqu? OFakazi BakaJehova bayojabulela ukukunikeza noma iluphi usizo oludingayo. Kanjalo ungaqonda incazelo engokoqobo yenkambo eyingozi yehhashi elimnyama lendlala.
