KODI mumakonda kukachitira tchuthi kunyanja? Bwanji nanga kukwera mapiri? Ndiye kuti ndinu m’modzi mwa mamiliyoni amene amasangalala ndi kuchita zinthu panja. Tetezani Khungu Lanu!
1. Tetezani khungu lanu ku dzuŵa makamaka kuyambira 10:00 a.m mpaka 4:00 p.m., pamene dzuŵa limakhala likuswa mtengo.
2. Ngakhale masiku a mitambo, dzolani mafuta amene amateteza khungu ku UVA ndi UVB ndi amene ali ndi mankhwala oteteza ku mphamvu ya dzuŵa okhala ndi nambala yokwana 15 kapena kuposera.
3. Dzolaninso mafuta oteteza khungu ku dzuŵa pakatha maola aŵiri muli panja, makamaka ngati mukusambira kapena kuchita thukuta.
4. Valani zovala zotetezera, zolukidwa mothinitsa. Za mtundu wodera zimateteza bwino kwambiriko.
5. Valani chipeŵa chakhonde la masentimita pafupifupi khumi ndi magalasi a dzuŵa otetezera ku Ultraviolet.
6. Khalani pamthunzi pamene kuli kotheka kutero.
