Mungakonze Mphamvu Yanu ya Kukumbukira

KODI ndi motani mmene ubongo umagwirira ntchito zake zodabwitsa? M’zaka zaposachedwa ubongo wasanthulidwa kuposa ndi kale lonse. Koma pamene chidziŵitso chikukula, zimene tikudziŵa ponena za mmene ubongo umakwaniritsira zinthu zimene umachita nzochepa kwambiri.

Sizikudziŵika bwino mmene timaphunzirira ndi kukumbukirira zinthu, koma ofufuza akuyesayesa kuvumbula chinsinsi chimenechi. Santhulani mpambo wa zamkati mwake umene umasonyeza zimene zili m’bukumo mwachidule. Ndiyeno ŵerengani mawu oyamba. Pano cholinga cha wolemba ndi mmene akuonera zinthu zimatchulidwa.

Musanayambe kuŵerenga mutu, usanthuleni wonse. Yang’anani mitu yaing’ono, zithunzithunzi, matchati, mawu ake a chidule, ndi ndime yoyamba ndi yomaliza. Yang’anani pa ziganizo zoyamba za ndime iliyonse. Ziganizo zimenezi kaŵirikaŵiri zimakhala ndi mfundo zazikulu zimene nkhani yazikidwapo. Khalani ndi chithunzi chonse. Dzifunseni kuti: ‘Kodi nchiyani chimene wolemba anafuna kusonyeza? Kodi ndingapindulemo nchiyani m’nkhaniyi? Kodi mfundo zake zazikulu ndi ziti?’

Kusumika maganizo nkofunika. Muyenera kudziloŵetsamo kotheratu. Chinsinsi chake ndicho kupanga nthaŵi ya phunziro lanu kukhala yokondweretsa kumlingo womwe mungakhoze. Kulitsani chikhumbo mwa kuganizira za mbali za chidziŵitsocho zimene mungagwiritsire ntchito. Ziikeni m’chithunzithunzi. Gwiritsirani ntchito mphamvu ya kununkhiza, kulaŵa, ndi kukhudza moyerekezera ngati nkhani yake ikukhudza zimenezi.

Pamene mwamvetsa chifuno cha nkhaniyo, mungayambe kulemba manotsi. Kulemba bwino manotsi kungafulumize kumvetsa ndi kukumbukira kwanu chidziŵitsocho. Manotsi safunikira kukhala ziganizo zonse zathunthu koma ayenera kukhala mawu aakulu kapena magulu a mawu amene adzakuthandizirani kukumbukira mfundo zazikulu.

Kumvetsa chidziŵitso sikumatanthauza kwenikweni kuti zonse mudzazikumbukira mtsogolo. Choonadi ndicho chakuti m’maola 24 a kuphunzira, chidziŵitso chokwanira 80 peresenti chimaiŵalika, kwakanthaŵi. Zimenezo zikumveka kukhala zolefula, koma chidziŵitso china kapena mbali yaikulu ya 80 peresentiyo chingapezedwenso mwa kubwereramo m’nkhaniyo. Pambuyo pa gawo lililonse la phunziro, bwereranimo kwa mphindi zingapo. Ngati nkotheka, bwereranimonso tsiku lotsatira, ndiyeno mlungu wotsatira, ndiyeno mwezi wotsatira. Motero musachepetse ubongo wanu. Mphamvu ya kukumbukira zinthu ingawongokere. Wasayansi wina ananena za ubongo kukhala “chinthu chocholoŵana koposa chimene tapeza m’chilengedwe chathu chonse pakali pano.” Uwo umasonyeza nzeru zowopsa ndi mphamvu za Mlengi wake, Yehova.—Salmo 139:14.
