Olona Ncedo Lulungileyo Luyafumaneka!
KUMKRISTU ukhetho nobungakanani benyameko kwabo bagulel’ ukufa kusenokuphakamisa imibuzo enzulu. Ngokomzekelo:
Ngaba kuya kuba kokungavisisaniyo nezibhalo ukwenza okunganeno kunako konke okunokwenziwa ukulondoloza ubomi? Yaye ukuba kuyamkeleka ngokusengqiqweni ukuvumela ubani azifele, ngaphandle kokusetyenziswa kwezixhobo zokwandisa ubomi, kuthekani ngesenzo sokubulala ngenxa yenceba (euthanasia)—isenzo sangabom, esiqinisekileyo sokuphelisa ukuthuthunjelwa komguli ngokunciphisa ngokoqobo okanye ukuphelisa ubomi bakhe?
Kule mihla nakwesi sizukulwana, le yimibuzo ebalulekileyo. Noko ke, asishiywanga singenaluncedo lokuyiphendula.

Imbono Elungileyo Ngobomi
Senza kakuhle ukuqonda ukuba ingcamango yokulondoloza ubomi nokuba sekumnyam’ emntla ayaziwa kuphela ngamagcisa ezonyango. Yingcamango engokwemvelo yabantu ngokubanzi bala maxesha. Kutheni kunjalo nje? Kaloku, ukuba obu bomi bangoku kuphela kwabo, ngoko kusenokubonakala ukuba ubomi bethu bufanelwe bulondolozwe phantsi kwazo zonke iimeko yaye nokuba sekumnyam’ emntla. Kodwa le ngcamango yabantu ngokubanzi iye kwezinye iimeko yaphumela kwiingxaki ezinzima zezobugcisa—abantu abangekho zingqondweni baye bagcinwa “behleli” koomatshini kangangeminyaka.

Umntu onaloo nkolelo usenokukugqala ukufa njengomhlobo, into enokwamkelwa yaye mhlawumbi kude kungxanyelwe. Kanti, iBhayibhile ifundisa ukuba ubomi bungcwele kuYehova. Bambi bavakalelwa kukuba kukho imbekiselo engokweZibhalo kulo mbandela xa uKumkani uSawule owayenzakaliswe ngokumanyumnyezi, wabongoza umphathi weentonga zakhe ukuba ambulale. Baye bakujonga oku njengohlobo lokubulala ngenxa yenceba, isenzo sangabom sokukhawulezisa ukufa kulowo wayesele esifa kakade. Kamva umAmaleki wathi uye wasivuma isicelo sikaSawule sokuba ambulale. Kodwa ngaba kwacingwa ukuba lo mAmaleki wayenze okulungileyo ekupheliseni ukuqaqanjelwa kukaSawule? Akunjalo. UDavide, umthanjiswa kaYehova, wayalela ukuba lo mAmaleki axatyelwe ngenxa yetyala lakhe legazi. Noko ke, ngaba oku kuthetha ukuba umKristu umele enze konke okunokwenziwa ngokobugcisa ukwandisa ubomi obuphelayo? Ngaba ubani umele olule inkqubo yokufa kangangoko kunokwenzeka? IZibhalo zifundisa ukuba ukufa, akusosihlobo somntu, kodwa kulutshaba. (1 Korinte 15:26) Ngaphezu koko, abafileyo ababulaleki bengonwabi nokonwaba, kodwa bakwimeko efana neyabaleleyo. (Yobhi 3:11, 13; INtshumayeli 9:5, 10; Yohane 11:11-14; IZenzo 7:60) Amathemba ekamva obomi ngabafileyo ngokupheleleyo axhomekeke kumandla kaThixo okuvusa abafileyo ngoYesu Kristu. (Yohane 6:39, 40) Ngoko sifumanisa ukuba uThixo uye wasinika olu lwazi luluncedo: Ukufa asiyonto yokulangazelelwa, kodwa kungekho nasinyanzelo sokuphethukela kwimizamo yokuphelelwa lithemba yokwandisa inkqubo yokufa.

Luluphi ulwalathiso umKristu anokulusebenzisa kwimeko apho othandekayo ekwimeko engaginyisi mathe?
Okokuqala, simele sikuvume ukuba meko nganye ebandakanya ukugula okungaginyisi mathe yahlukile, ilusizi ngokwahlukileyo, yaye akukho migaqo esebenza kuzo zonke iimeko. Ngokubhekele phayaa, umKristu ufanele ayiphonononge ngenyameko imithetho yelizwe akulo kwiimeko ezinjalo. (Mateyu 22:21) Kwakhona, khumbula ukuba akukho mKristu unothando obeya kukhuthaza ukutyeshelwa kwezamayeza.
Kuphela kuxa isisifo esingenakunyangwa ngokupheleleyo (kukwimeko apho kuye kwachazwa ngokucacileyo ukuba akukho themba) ekufanelwe kucingwe ngokucela ukuba ubugcisa obuxhasa ubomi buyekwe. Kwiimeko ezinjalo akukho sizathu singokweZibhalo sokuzingisa kubugcisa bezamayeza obuya kwandisa kuphela inkqubo yokufa esele ihambele phambili.
Ngokufuthi ezi ziimeko ezinzima gqitha yaye zisenokuquka izigqibo ezibuhlungu. Ngokomzekelo, ubani unokuyazi njani imeko apho kungekho themba? Nangona kungekho bani unokuqiniseka ngokupheleleyo, kufanele kusetyenziswe ingqiqo ndawonye namacebiso acingisiswe kakuhle. Elinye iphepha lezamayeza lichaza amagqabaza oogqirha lisithi:
“Ukuba kukho ukungavumelani ngokuphathelele ukuba umguli unasiphi na isifo okanye iya kuba yintoni na imiphumo yaso okanye kokubini oku, inkqubo yokulondoloza ubomi ifanele iqhutywe de kufikelelwe kwisivumelwano esisengqiqweni. Noko ke, ukugxininisa ufuna ukuqiniseka ngokungaphaya kwengqiqo kusenokumfaka engxakini ugqirha angakwazi ukusebenzisa ezinye iindlela zonyango kwiimeko ezibonakala zingaginyisi mathe ngokupheleleyo. Ingxelo yesiganeko esingafane senzeke engomguli owayekwimeko efanayo owasindayo ayisosizathu esingundoqo sokuqhubeka nonyango olunyanzeliswayo. Okwenzeka ngezihlandlo ezimbalwa gqitha akubalulekanga ngaphezu kolindelo olusengqiqweni lwemiphumo eya kukhokelela kwizigqibo zonyango.”
Kwingxaki enjalo, umKristu, enoba ngumguli okanye sisalamane, unelungelo lokulindela uncedo oluthile oluvela kugqirha wakhe. Eli phepha lezamayeza liqukumbela ngelithi: “Enoba imeko injani, akulunganga ukunikela nje inkcazelo eninzi nokhetho lwezamayeza nokushiya umguli engazi nto engenalo naluphi na ukhokelo olubhekele phaya olungezinye iindlela anokuzisebenzisa nangenakuzisebenzisa.”
Abadala abangamaKristu basekuhlaleni, ekubeni bengabalungiseleli abaqolileyo, basenokuba luncedo olukhulu. Kakade ke, ngumguli nentsapho yakhe esondeleyo abamele benze isigqibo sabo esilungeleleneyo kule meko ichukumisayo.

Ukuba ukufa kufikela esimthandayo, kunzima kunjalo, asishiywanga ukuba singcungcutheke yaye sibe sentlungwini “njengabanye abangenathemba.” (1 Tesalonika 4:13) Kunoko, sinokuzithuthuzela ngelokuba senze konke okusengqiqweni ebesinokukwenza kothandekayo wethu obegula yaye naluphi na uncedo lwezamayeza esilusebenzisileyo belulolona lulunge ngakumbi kuncedo lokwexeshana.
