Uphawu Olunokutyhefa Iingqondo Zethu—Umona

Enye intyilalwazi yeBhayibhile ithi: ‘Umntu onomona akapheleli nje ekunqweneleni ukuba sisityebi njengomnye umntu kodwa uba nomsindo xa omnye umntu esiba nento angenayo yena yaye ufuna ukumhlutha yona.’

UMOYA ONOKUBASELA UMONA
Ngoxa abantu abangafezekanga bethanda ‘ukukhweleta,’ zininzi izinto ezinokulukhuthaza olu tyekelo. (Yak. 4:5) Echaza enye yezo zinto, umpostile uPawulos wabhala wathi: “Masingazigwagwisi, sikhuphisana, simonelana.” (Gal. 5:26) Umoya wokhuphiswano unokubasela utyekelo esinalo njengabantu abangafezekanga lokuba nomona. AmaKristu amabini, uCristina noJoséa bayazi kakuhle loo nto.
UCristina, onguvulindlela othe ngxi uthi: “Ndiye ndaphawula ukuba ndisoloko ndibamonela abanye. Ndiyazibawela izinto zabo.” Ngeny’ imini, uCristina wayesitya nesinye isibini esinelungelo lokwenza umsebenzi wokuhambahamba. Eqonda ukuba yena nomyeni wakhe, uEric, babulingana nalo mveleli wesiphaluka nenkosikazi yakhe yaye babenezabelo ezifanayo kwixa elidluleyo, uCristina wathi: “Nowam umyeni ungumdala! Ngoko kwenzeka njani ukuba nina nenze umsebenzi wokuhambahamba sibe thina singawenzi?” Umona ophenjelelwa ngumoya wokhuphiswano, wenza uCristina akawubona umsebenzi omhle ababewenza benomyeni wakhe yaye loo nto yamenza akaneliseka.
UJosé wayenqwenela ukuba sisicaka solungiselelo ebandleni. Xa abanye abazalwana bamiselwayo kwaza kwasala yena, wabamonela waza wamcaphukela umnxibelelanisi wequmrhu labadala. UJosé uthi: “Umona wandenza ndafukama inzondo ngalo mzalwana ndaza andamthemba. Xa ulawulwa ngumona, ucinga ngesiqu sakho kuphela yaye akucingi kakuhle.”
OKO SIKUFUNDISWA YIMIZEKELO ESEZIBHALWENI
IBhayibhile inentaphane yemizekelo esisilumkiso. (1Ko 10:11) Eminye kule mizekelo ayibonisi nje kuphela indlela umona oqala ngayo kodwa ibonisa indlela obenzakalisa ngayo abantu xa bevuma ukuba ubalawule.
Ngokomzekelo, unyana olizibulo ka-Adam noEva, uKayin, waba nomsindo xa uYehova wamkela umbingelelo ka-Abheli, waza akawamkela owakhe. UKayin ngewayeyilungisile le meko, kodwa wamfanyekiswa ngumona kangangokude ambulale umntakwabo. (Gen 4:4-8) Yiyo loo nto iBhayibhile ithetha ngoKayin njengalowo ‘waphuma kulowo ungendawo,’ uSathana!—1 Yoh. 3:12.
Abantakwabo Yosefu abalishumi balumonela ulwalamano olukhethekileyo uYosefu awayenalo noyise. Bamthiya kakhulu uYosefu xa wabaxelela ngamaphupha akhe abuprofeti. Bada bafuna nokumbulala. Ekugqibeleni, bamthengisa njengekhoboka baza bakhohlisa uyise ukuze acinge ukuba uYosefu ufile. (Gen. 37:4-11, 23-28, 31-33) Kwadlula iminyaka, yaye basivuma isono sabo baza bathi phakathi kwabo: “Alithandabuzeki elokuba sinetyala ngenxa yomntakwethu, kuba sakubona ukubandezeleka komphefumlo wakhe xa wayesicela ukuba sibe nemfesane kuye, kodwa asizange siphulaphule.”—Gen. 42:21; 50:15-19.
NoKora, uDatan noAbhiram, bathi ngenxa yomona bathelekisa amalungelo ababenawo kunye nalawo kaMoses noAron. Batyhola uMoses ‘ngokuzenza inkosana’ nangokuziphakamisa phezu kwabanye. (Num. 16:13) Yayibubuxoki loo nto. (Num. 11:14, 15) NguYehova owayemisele uMoses. Kodwa aba bavukeli babenomona ngenxa yamalungelo kaMoses. Umona wabo wenza ukuba baphele betshatyalaliswa nguYehova.—INdu. 106:16, 17.
UKumkani uSolomon wakubona oko kunokwenziwa ngumona. Ibhinqa elafelwa lusana lazama ukuqhatha umhlobo walo ukuze acinge ukuba yayilusana lwakhe olwalufile. Xa kwathi kwachotshelwa ityala, eli xokikazi lada lavuma ukuba lubulawe olu sana lusaphilayo. Noko ke, uSolomon waqinisekisa ukuba olu sana lunikwa oyena nina.—1 Kum. 3:16-27.
Umona unokuba nemiphumo ebuhlungu. Le mizekelo iseZibhalweni ichazwe ngasentla ibonisa ukuba umona unokukhokelela kwintiyo, ukungabikho kokusesikweni nokubulala. Ngaphezu koko, kwimeko nganye kwezi, lowo umonelwayo wayengenzanga nto ifanelwe yimpatho awayifumanayo. Yintoni esinokuyenza ukuze siqinisekise ukuba umona awusilawuli? Ngawaphi amanyathelo esinokuwathabatha ukuze sithintele ukuba nomona?
IZINTO EZINAMANDLA ZOKUWUTHINTELA!
Hlakulela uthando nomsa wobuzalwana. Umpostile uPetros wawabongoza wathi amaKristu: “Ngoku njengoko niyisulungekisile imiphefumlo yenu ngokuthobela kwenu inyaniso okuphumela kumsa wobuzalwana ongenaluhanahaniso, thandanani kakhulu ngokusuka entliziyweni.” (1 Pet. 1:22) Luyintoni uthando? Umpostile uPawulos wabhala wathi: “Uthando luzeka kade umsindo yaye lunobubele. Uthando alunakhwele, alugwagwisi, alukhukhumali, aluziphathi ngokungandilisekanga, alufuni ezalo izilangazelelo.” (1 Kor. 13:4, 5) Ukuba nothando olunjalo ngabanye abantu kunokulubulala nyaa olo tyekelo lokuba nomona! (1 Pet. 2:1) Kunokuba ammonele uDavide, uYonatan “wamthanda njengomphefumlo wakhe.”—1 Sam. 18:1.
Nxulumana nabantu aboyika uThixo. Umqambi weNdumiso 73 wayebamonela abangendawo ababephila ubomi obutofotofo nobungenazinkathazo. Noko ke, wawoyisa umona ngokuya “kwingcwele ezukileyo kaThixo.” (INdu. 73:3-5, 17) Ukunxulumana nabanye abakhonzi bakaThixo kwamnceda lo mdumisi ukuba aqonde indlela asikelelwe ngayo ‘ngokusondela kuThixo.’ (INdu. 73:28) Ukunxulumana namanye amaKristu kwiintlanganiso kunokusinceda ngendlela efanayo nathi.
Zama ukwenza okulungileyo. Emva kokubona umona nentiyo awayenayo uKayin, uThixo wathi kuye: ‘Guquka wenze okulungileyo.’ (Gen. 4:7) KumaKristu, ‘ukwenza okulungileyo’ kubandakanya ntoni? UYesu wathi ‘simele simthande uYehova uThixo wethu ngentliziyo yethu iphela nangomphefumlo wethu uphela nangengqondo yethu iphela yaye simele sibathande abamelwane bethu njengathi siqu.’ (Mat. 22:37-39) Ulwaneliseko esilufumana ngokunikela ingqalelo ekukhonzeni uYehova luyeyona nto inamandla enokuthintela iimvakalelo zomona. Ukuba nesabelo ngokupheleleyo kumsebenzi wokushumayela ngoBukumkani kuyindlela esemagqabini yokukhonza uThixo nokunceda abamelwane bethu yaye kuya kusizisela “intsikelelo kaYehova.”—IMize. 10:22.
“Yibani nemihlali kunye nabantu abanemihlali.” (Roma 12:15) UYesu wavuyisana nabafundi bakhe xa bephumelela yaye wathi baya kwenza umsebenzi wokushumayela ongaphezu kwalowo wawenzayo yena. (Luka 10:17, 21; Yoh. 14:12) Thina bakhonzi bakaYehova simanyene; ngenxa yoko, impumelelo yakhe ngamnye wethu iyintsikelelo kuthi sonke. (1 Kor. 12:25, 26) Ngaba asimele sivuye xa omnye efumana amalungelo angakumbi kunokuba simmonele?
ASINGOMLO ULULA!
Kusenokuthatha ixesha elide ukulwa nomona. UCristina uthi: “Ndisatyekele kakhulu ekubeni nomona. Nangona ndiyicaphukela loo nto, le mvakalelo ikum ngaphakathi yaye ndiye ndinyanzeleke ukuba ndisoloko ndiyicinezela.” UJosé kuye kwafuneka alwe umlo ofanayo. Uthi: “UYehova wandinceda ndazixabisa iimpawu ezintle zomnxibelelanisi wequmrhu labadala. Eyona nto ingqineke iluncedo kakhulu kukuba nolwalamano oluhle noThixo.”
Umona ungomnye ‘wemisebenzi yenyama,’ amele mKristu ngamnye alwe nayo. (Gal. 5:19-21) Xa singavumeli umona usilawule, sinokwenza ubomi bethu bonwabe size sikholise uBawo wethu wasezulwini, uYehova.
