Lobo Buthakathaka Bunganqotshwa

IZINKINGA ezintathu, ngaphezu kwezinye, zibonakala zikhathaza intsha yanamuhla kanye nabantu abadala abaningi. Yiziphi? Ubudakwa, ukubhema nokushaya indlwabu (okwaziwa futhi njengokuzingcolisa).

Lemikhuba iyakhanga enyameni ebuthakathaka, futhi umphakathi wanamuhla wenza kube nzima ngokukhethekile ukuyinqoba. Ngokwesibonelo, utshwala nogwayi kukhangiswa ngakho kakhulu yonke indawo. Uthando lobulili lusekelwa kakhulu ezincwadini ezingcolile, emabhayisikobho nasezinhlelweni zeTV. Kodwa lokhu akusho ukuthi lezi zinkinga noma ubuthakathaka abunakunqotshwa.

Usizo Olulungiselelwe NgokwaPhezulu

Maqondana nalokhu kuwusizo ukucabangela isibonelo sikamphostoli uPawulu. Nakuba ayengumphostoli ongumKristu, wavuma ukuthi wahluleka ukwenza izinto ayefuna ukuzenza futhi wenza izinto ayengafuni ukuzenza. (Roma 7:14-25) Nokho, wabuye wathi: “Kodwa ngiyawutuba umzimba wami, ngiwenza isigqila, ukuba mina engishumayeza abanye ngingaliwa mina uqobo.” (1 Korinte 9:27) Eqinisweni, wakwazi ukuthi kumaJuda ayekanye nawo: “Madoda, bazalwane, mina ngihambile phambi kukaNkulunkulu nginonembeza wonke omuhle kuze kube-namuhla.”—IzEnzo 23:1; 22:3.

Luyini usizo olulungiselelwe phezulu lokusisiza ‘ekutubeni imizimba yethu’? Singasizwa kanjani ukuba ‘sibe nonembeza omsulwa ngokuphelele’ maqondana nobuthakathaka obunjengobudakwa, ukuba yixhwele likagwayi nokushaya indlwabu?

IZwi likaNkulunkulu, iBhayibheli eliNgcwele, lingolunye usizo olungenakulinganiswa nalutho. Ukulifunda njalo, yebo, nsuku zonke, futhi ikakhulukazi izingxenye ezinjengamaHubo, incwadi yezAga nemiBhalo yamaKristu yesiGreki, kungaba usizo olukhulu. Kuyiqiniso ukuthi ‘umuntu akanakuphila ngesinkwa sodwa kodwa ngeqiniso elivela emlonyeni kaNkulunkulu’ nelitholakala eZwini laKhe, imiBhalo eNgcwele.—Mathewu 4:4.

Sithola amandla angokomoya ngokufunda iZwi likaNkulunkulu nezincwadi zobuKristu ezisisiza ukuba siliqonde futhi silisebenzise. Lezi zisinikeza umbono ongcono walokho okuthokozisa uMdali wethu, uJehova uNkulunkulu. Futhi, sithola isisusa esihle eziyalweni ezilungile nasezibonelweni zesixwayiso ezilotshwe eZwini likaNkulunkulu. Kanjaloke sisizwa ukuba sibe nothando—futhi senze—lokho okulungile nokuhle, sibe sizonda yebo senyanya okubi.—IHubo 97:10; Roma 12:9.

Ukuthandaza kuNkulunkulu kungolunye usizo olukhulu. Ngokuphindaphindiwe amaKristu aye afakazela ukuba usizo olukhulu komthandazo ekunqobeni ubuthakathaka bawo. Lokhu kwakunjalo ngowesifazane ongumKristu owayenobunzima bokuyeka umkhuba wakhe wokubhema. Lapho ezwa inkulumo enhle yeBhayibheli eyayinesihloko somthandazo, waya ekhaya, wathandaza ngobuqotho kuJehova uNkulunkulu ukuba amsize ekunqobeni umkhuba wakhe, futhi kusukela kuleso sikhathi akabange esaba nenkinga ngawo. (Filipi 4:6, 7) Lapho sicela uNkulunkulu, ngobuqotho, ukuba asithethelele ukona okuthile, siba nomuzwa wokukhululeka futhi siyasizakala ukuba senze isiqalo esisha ekulweni kwethu.

Umoya ongcwele kaNkulunkulu, noma amandla ayisiphekupheku, nawo uwusizo. Singawuthola uma siwuthandazela. UJesu wathi: “Ngakho-ke uma nina eningababi nikwazi ukubapha abantwana benu izipho ezinhle, kakhulu kangakanani uYihlo osezulwini uzakubapha abacela kuye umoya ongcwele.” Lowomoya ongcwele ungamandla amakhulu. (Luka 11:13; Zakariya 4:6) Uma sizithoba ethonyeni lawo, siyosizakala, ngoba isithelo somoya sihlanganisa ukuzithiba, okubalulekile ekubhekaneni ngokuphumelelayo nezinkinga ezikhathazayo.—Galathiya 5:22, 23.

AmaKristu avuthiwe futhi angaba umthombo wosizo. Ikakhulukazi lokho kuyiqiniso ngalabo abanezimfanelo ezingokomoya, njengabadala bebandla. Ngokutshela umdala izimfihlo zethu, singasizakala kakhulu ekulweni kwethu. Kodwa nabanye bangasisiza. “Abesifazane abadala” bangase bakwazi ukusiza abesifazane abasebasha. (Thithu 2:3-5) Ngokwesibonelo, omunye unesi osethole umhlalaphansi owayebhema kakhulu kukho konke ukuphila kwakhe wanquma ukuyeka ukubhema ukuze afanelekele ukubhapathizwa. Wazinqumela usuku oluthile futhi watshela abangane bakhe abaseduze abangamaKristu ngesinqumo sakhe. Khona-ke, nsuku zonke omunye walaba akholwa nabo wayemshayela ucingo noma amvakashele azomnikeza ukusekela okungokomzwelo. Umphumela waba ukuthi ekupheleni kwesonto wayesekunqobe ngokuphelele ukuqalekela kwakhe ugwayi.

Ngakho-ke, siye saphawula izinto ezine eziyisisekelo eziwusizo: (1) ukufunda nokutadisha iZwi likaNkulunkulu, nezincwadi zobuKristu; (2) ukuphikelela emthandazweni; (3) ukuzithoba ethonyeni lomoya ongcwele kaNkulunkulu; (4) ukuthola usizo lwamaKristu avuthiwe. Ngalezindlela, abantu abaningi baye basizwa emshikashikeni wabo wokunqoba lobuthakathaka. Nokho, abathile bathola ubunzima obukhulu ekunqobeni ubuthakathaka kunabanye. Lukhona yini olunye usizo abangalusebenzisa ngokuphumelelayo?

Kungani Kunobunzima Obengeziwe?

Kungani abanye benobunzima obengeziwe kunabanye ekunqobeni ubuthakathaka obuthile? Ngaphandle kokungabaza, kukhona indaba yokungavuthwa ngokomoya. Noma ngubani owehluleka ukusebenzisa usizo oluphawulwe ngaphambili, noma olusebenzisa ngokushwampuza, nakanjani uyoba nobunzima obengeziwe ekunqobeni ubuthakathaka bakhe.

Ufuzo lungesinye isici. Ngokusobala abanye baye bathola ubuthakathaka obuthile kubazali babo, noma ngisho kokhokho, ngendlela efanayo nokuba umuntu abe nomzimba ongangenwa kalula isifo, esinjengesikashukela. Ngakho-ke maqondana nobuthakathaka kubonakala sengathi ‘obaba badlile umvini oluhlaza futhi amazinyo amadodana abo aba bushelelezi.’—Hezekeli 18:2.

Futhi kukhona indaba yokuthi umuntu uye wayilandela kangakanani inkambo embi. Lokhu kunethonya elikhulu endleleni asengumlutha wayo ngayo. Ngokwesibonelo: Umuntu obhema ingxenye yephakethe likagwayi ngosuku kunokwenzeka abe nenkathazo engaphansana ekuyekeni lomkhuba kunobhema amaphakethe amathathu ngosuku, oyixhwele ngempela.

Umphakathi futhi ungase ube nethonya enkingeni. Ngokwesibonelo, owesifazane angase afune ukuyeka ukubhema, kodwa umyeni wakhe nabantwana abasanda kweva eshumini bangase babheme bonke. Kungaba nzima kakhulu ngaye ukuyeka lomkhuba kunowesifazane omkhaya wakhe awuwusebenzisi ugwayi. Ngokufanayo, uma ngaphambi kokuzuza ulwazi lwemiBhalo umuntu ayenomkhuba wokugxila emicabangweni engcolile, kungaba nzima ngokwengeziwe ngaye ukulalela iseluleko esikwabaseFilipi 4:8 sokucabanga imicabango emihle, futhi ikakhulukazi uma kumelwe enze umsebenzi wokuziphilisa phakathi kwabantu abakhuluma ngezinto ezingcolile.

Ukunqoba Ukusebenzisa Kabi Utshwala

Isiphi esinye isinyathelo esingathathwa umuntu obonakala enenkinga ecishe ibe engenakunqotshwa yobuthakathaka bakhe? Kukhona okwaziwa ngokuthi indlela yokwelapha umzimba. Ingase ibizwe ngokuthi ukuphambaniswa kwesimiso sokusebenzelana kwengqondo nomzimba. Isimiso sokusebenzelana kwengqondo nomzimba siwukuthi umzimba nengqondo kuyinto eyodwa, ngakho-ke ingqondo nemizwelo (psyche) kuthinta umzimba (soma). Kodwa futhi okuphambene kuyiqiniso; isimo somzimba sithinta ingqondo. Ngakho-ke ngokuvamile iziguli zekhensa zihlushwa ukucindezeleka okungokwengqondo. Ngakho-ke, abondli bomzimba abathile bagcizelela ukuthi ngokwakha impilo engokomzimba ngemikhuba emihle yokudla umuntu angakuhlomela kangcono ukunqoba ukulangazelela utshwala.

Kokunye okuhlangenwe nakho, amagundane anikezwa amanzi angenalutho namanzi anealkhoholi. Amanye amagundane aphuza kakhulu amanzi anealkhoholi, amanye aphuza kancane kanti elinye igundane aliwaphuzanga nhlobo. Lapho amagundane enikezwa ukudla ikakhulukazi okunamavithamini amaningi noma okusansimbi, akunciphisa kakhulu ukuphuza kwawo amanzi anealkhoholi. Kodwa lapho enikezwa ukudla okungenawo kakhulu umsoco, wonke amagundane aqala ukuphuza amanzi amaningi anealkhoholi. Labahloli, phakathi kwabo okwakukhona abacwaningi abadumile bezemithi, bafinyelela isiphetho sokuthi kukhona ubuhlobo obuqondile phakathi kokuluthwa yialkhoholi nokungondleki kahle; futhi ukungafani kwezici zofuzo kwabangela ukwehlukahlukana kobungako bamanzi anealkhoholi aphuzwa amagundane ahlukahlukene.

Lokho okuye kwatholwa kuye kwasetshenziswa ngemiphumela emihle amalungu athile ezingcweti zezokwelapha ekusebenzelaneni nezidakwa. Nokho, odokotela bagcizelela ukuthi ukuze lendlela yokwelapha ngokudla okunomsoco iphumelele umuntu kumelwe abe nesifiso esiqotho sokunqoba ukuba umlutha wotshwala, ngoba kungaba yiphutha ukungasinaki isici esingokokuziphatha ngokudakwa. Abavumelani nalabo abafuna ukuba sikholelwe ukuthi utshwala buyinkinga yezokwelapha ngokuphelele. Abalibukeli phansi futhi iqiniso lokuthi kunokwenzeka ukuthi kwakukhona ukunganaki kulabo ababa yimilutha yotshwala, ngisho nakuba isici esingokofuzo nokudla ukudla okungenamsoco kungase ukuba kwafeza indima enkulu.

Labo abafisa ukuphila ngokwesaba uNkulunkulu bakhathalela ngokuyinhloko umbono kaNkulunkulu ngokusebenzisa kabi utshwala. IZwi lakhe elingcwele alishiyi kungabaza ngokuthi ukuzitika kokungalinganiseli ophuzweni oludakisayo kuyogwenywa yilabo abafisa umusa waphezulu. (IzAga 23:29-35; 1 Korinte 6:9, 10) Lokhu kusinikeza isisusa esingenakulinganiswa ekunqobeni ubuthakathaka baloluhlobo.

Ukunqoba Umkhuba Kagwayi

Udokotela othile wayewumlutha kagwayi futhi ngokuphindaphindiwe wazama ukuwuyeka. Kodwa akaphumelelanga kwaze kwaba yilapho enquma ukuba umKristu. Kwakungelula ukuyeka ukubhema, futhi kungenzima kakhulu. (2 Korinte 7:1) Nokho, omunye udokotela, umfowabo ongokwenyama, wabhekana nenkinga efanayo. Esimweni sakhe, ukunqoba umkhuba kwafuna umzamo omkhulu, njengoba wayeyixhwele elikhulu. Nakuba ekugcineni aphumelela, wathi ukugqashula kulomkhuba kwacishe kwambangela ukuba azibulale.

Ezinye izazi zokondliwa komzimba zigcizelela ukuthi ukudla okufanelekile kuyosiza umuntu ukuba agqashule emkhubeni kagwayi. Zikholelwa ukuthi ngokuvamile labo abawumlutha kagwayi bakhathazwa kakhulu imizwa, ukujikeleza kwegazi noma ukukhuluphala kakhulu nokuthi ngokunqoba lezinkinga kukhona ithuba elingcono lokunqoba ukuba umlutha.

Enye indlela yokwelapha umzimba (eyaziwa ngokuthi “Isinyathelo Esisodwa Ngesikhathi”) iwukubhema usikilidi onezisefo (filters) ezithile. Okokuqala, ixhwele lisebenzisa isisefo esikhipha amaphesenti angama-25 enicotine. Khona-ke amasonto amabili lisebenzisa isisefo esikhipha amaphesenti angama-50; ngokulandelayo, sikhiphe amaphesenti angama-75; futhi, ekugcineni; sikhiphe amaphesenti angama-90. Kuthiwa ngemva kwalokho umuntu kumelwe angabi nabo ubunzima bokuyeka ngokuphelele.

Ukunqoba Ukushaya Indlwabu

Enye inkinga ekhathaza abaningi, ikakhulukazi abantu abasha, ukushaya indlwabu noma ukuzona. Iqiniso, iBhayibheli alikhulumi ngokushaya indlwabu ngokuqondile. Nokho, njengoba ngokuvamile kuhlobene nokucabanga ngokweqile ngobulili, kulahlwa ngokuqondile yiyo yonke imibhalo ekhuluma ngokumelene nokucabanga okunjalo nezenzo. Ngokwesibonelo, cabangela abaseRoma 13:14; Galathiya 5:19, 24; Efesu 5:3-5; 1 Thesalonika 4:3-5; 1 Petru 2:11.

Akuyona injongo yethu lapha ukuxoxa ngesihloko esidala impikiswano kakhulu yokuthi ukushaya indlwabu kungaba yingozi ngayo emzimbeni. Nokho, kuyathakazelisa ngempela ukuthi owamuva nje umongameli uAlexis Carrel, isazi somzimba esidumile nesathola umklomelo kaNobel, saphawula encwadini yaso ethi Man, the Unknown: “Kwaziwa kahle ukuthi ukweqisa ebulilini kuphazamisa ukusebenza kwamandla engqondo,” nokuthi ukuzithiba kuyadingeka ukuze umuntu awasebenzise ngokugcwele amandla engqondo. Njengosizo, iyiphi indlela yokwelapha umzimba engazanywa?

Ngokuvamile labo abazitika njalo ekushayeni indlwabu bakhathazwa kakhulu imizwelo futhi bakhathazwa nawukungalali. Uma befuna ukuthuthukisa impilo yabo engokomzimba, ukuqinisa imizwa yabo nokuthuthukisa ukulala kwabo, kuyodingeka ukuba basizwe ekuzithibeni kulendaba.

Ukulinganisela ekudleni kungolunye usizo olukhulu. IEncyclopaedia Britannica (ka-1959) ngaphansi kwesihloko esithi “Anaphrodisiacs” ithi: “Ukugwema ukudla okunenyama enone kakhulu nezinongo, futhi ikakhulukazi uphuzo oludakisayo, kubalulekile.” Kungenzeka ukuthi abathile abanakuvumelana nalamazwi. Nokho naphezu kwezimpikiswano eziphakanyiswayo, umuntu angasizakala ngokuzama lendlela yokondla umzimba.

Ukunamathela Ezimisweni ZeBhayibheli

Namuhla kunanini ngaphambili, amalungu omkhaya wesintu anobunzima ekuzameni ukuphila ngezindinganiso ezilungileyo ezitholakala eBhayibhelini. Akungabazeki, phakathi kwezici ezibangela lokhu ufuzo nendawo umuntu akhulele kuyo nomphakathi. Futhi okungamelwe kubukelwe phansi iqiniso lokuthi uSathane uDeveli namademoni akhe baphumele ukonakalisa isintu. (IsAmbulo 12:12) Kodwa, ngosizo lukaNkulunkulu nangokunamathela ezindinganisweni zeBhayibheli, umuntu angamelana ngokuphumelelayo neSitha.—Jakobe 4:7.

Isimo esingokomzimba ngezinye izikhathi siye sanikeza usizo ekusebenzelaneni nezinkinga zotshwala, ukuba yixhwele likagwayi nokushaya indlwabu. Nokho, amakhambi ayinhloko awusizo olungokomoya, kuhlanganisa ukutadisha iZwi likaNkulunkulu nezincwadi zobuKristu, ukuphikelela emthandazweni, ukuzithoba ethonyeni lomoya ongcwele kaJehova nokwamukela usizo lwamaKristu avuthiwe. Ngosizo olunjalo ubuthakathaka obubangela usizi bunganqotshwa ngempela.

Ingabe Uyalwa?

Yini okumelwe uyenze uma uqaphela ukuthi udinga ukunqoba ukusebenzisa kabi utshwala, umkhuba kagwayi noma ukushaya indlwabu? Ake uhlole ukuthi ungazuza yini kolulodwa noma olwengeziwe lwalolusizo olulungiselelwe ngokwaphezulu:

1. Funda iZwi likaNkulunkulu njalo, uthole amandla kulo.

2. Thandaza kuNkulunkulu nsuku zonke, ucela ukududuzwa nguye nosizo.

3. Cela kuNkulunkulu umoya wakhe ongcwele, noma amandla ayisiphekupheku.

4. Thola usizo olutholakala kumaKristu avuthiwe.
