OFakazi BakaJehova bathatha ukuma okusekelwe eBhayibhelini ngokumelene nogwayi, futhi sikwamukela ngendlela efanayo ukulahla kwemiBhalo ukuminza.
Sikholelwa ukuthi ukubhema kuwukwephula izimiso zeBhayibheli: Ukubhema kuhilela ukuluthwa ngokweqile. Ngokungaphezulu, akukhona okwemvelo ukudonsela intuthu emaphashini. Ukubhema kungcolisa umzimba, kubangele izinkinga zempilo, futhi kuye kwafushanisa ukuphila okumelwe ngabe kusetshenziselwa ukudumisa uNkulunkulu. Abanye abantu bakhuluphale kakhulu ngenxa yezifo noma ukungasebenzi kahle kwezindlala, nakuba uProfesa Judith Rodiri ethi ‘amaphesenti amahlanu azo zonke iziguli zokukhuluphala abangelwa ngokuyinhloko izinkinga zokwelapha.’ Noma ufuzo lungase lwenze umuntu abe mkhulu. UDr. William Bennett uyaphawula: “Abantu abaningi abakhuthele bahlala bekhuluphele ngokudla cishe lokho okudliwa umuntu onomzimba olungene, . . . Ngokwesibonelo, amaKristu kumelwe ahlakulele ukuzithiba, okusebenza nasekudleni futhi. (Galathiya 5:22, 23; 2 Petru 1:5-8) Umphostoli uPawulu wanxusa amaKristu ukuba abe njengomgijimi ‘ozithibayo ezintweni zonke.’ UPawulu ‘wawutuba umzimba wakhe, ewenza isigqila, ukuba angaliwa.’ (1 Korinte 9:24-27) Umuntu okhuluphele angase abe nesizathu ‘sokutuba umzimba wakhe’ ngokuqondene nokuthi udla okungakanani, kudla kuni, nini futhi kanjani.a

Ngokuqinisekile umKristu ufuna ukuthanda iNkosi, ‘uNkulunkulu wakhe ngayo yonke inhliziyo yakhe, umphefumulo [noma, ukuphila], ingqondo namandla.’ (Marku 12:30) Abaningi, lapho befunda ngobuKristu, bayeka ukubhema ukuze balondoloze impilo yabo nokuphila. Ingabe amaKristu akumelwe yini akhathazeke ngokuthi ukukhuluphala kakhulu ngenxa yokweqisa bekungalimaza impilo yawo nokuphila kwawo okunikezelwe kuJehova?
Abanye abantu badla kakhulu lapho bedabukile, bekhungathekile, bebodwa noma bethukuthele. Nakuba ukuba umKristu kungayivimbeli ngokuphelele imizwa enjalo, kunokuthola ikhambi ekudleni okungadingekile, umKristu angaphendukela kuNkulunkulu nakubafowabo. Ngokuphathelene nalokhu, funda abaseFilipi 4:6, 7, 11-13. Ngisho nososayensi abathi umuntu unokuthambekela okungokwemvelo ngasesisindweni esithile bayavuma ukuthi lokhu kungashintshwa. Ngakho-ke, oFakazi BakaJehova abakuvumeli ukuminza ngenxa yalokho iBhayibheli elikushoyo. Kungakhathaliseki ukuthi siyini isisindo sabo, balwela ‘ukulinganisela ezintweni zonke,’ kuhlanganise nokudla. Lokhu ngokuyinhloko akungenxa yombono wempucuko yesimanje, kodwa kungenxa yokuthi bafuna ukuphila ngezimiso zeBhayibheli futhi babe amaKristu akhuthele enokuvunyelwa uNkulunkulu.
