“Sifundise Indlela Yokuthandaza”
“NKOSI, sifundise indlela yokuthandaza.” Leso sicelo senziwa omunye wabafundi bakaJesu Kristu. (Luka 11:1) Ngokusobala lomfundi ongashiwongo ngegama wayengumuntu owazisa kakhulu umthandazo. Abakhulekeli beqiniso namuhla bakuqaphela ngokufanayo ukubaluleka kwawo. Kakade, umthandazo uyindlela esithola ngayo ithuba lokulalelwa uMuntu Ophakeme Kakhulu endaweni yonke! Cabanga nje! Lowo “ozwayo imikhuleko” uzinaka ngokomuntu siqu izinto ezisikhathazayo. (IHubo 65:2) Okubaluleke nakakhulu, ngomthandazo, siletha ukubonga nodumo kuNkulunkulu.—Filipi 4:6.

Omunye umkhuba othandwayo uhilela ukusetshenziswa kwerosari. I-Diccionario Enciclopédico Hispano-Americano (Hispanic-American Encyclopedic Dictionary) ichaza irosari ngokuthi “ucu lobuhlalu obungamashumi amahlanu noma obuyikhulu namashumi amahlanu obuhlukaniswe obunye obukhudlwana baba izigaba ngasinye esinobuyishumi lwabe seluhlanganiswa ngesiphambano ekugcineni, njengamanje esandulelwa ubuhlalu obuthathu.”
Ichaza indlela irosari elisetshenziswa ngayo, enye incwadi yamaKatolika ithi: “IRosari Elingcwele liwuhlobo lomthandazo wezwi nengqondo ophathelene neziMfihlakalo zokuhlengwa kwethu. Linemithandazo eyishumi nanhlanu ehlukaniswe ngamaqoqo eshumi. Eshumini ngalinye kuno-Mthandazo WeNkosi oshiwo ngekhanda, o-Yethi Mariya abayishumi, no-Dumo Malube KuYise. Eqoqweni ngalinye leshumi kuzindlwa ngemfihlakalo.” Lezi zimfihlakalo yizimfundiso amaKatolika okufanele azazi, kulokhu eziphathelene nokuphila, ukuhlupheka, nokufa kukaKristu Jesu.
I-World Book Encyclopedia ithi: “Izindlela zokuqala zokuthandaza ngerosari zaqala ebuKristwini phakathi neNkathi Ephakathi, kodwa zasabalala kuphela ngawo-1400 nawo-1500.” Ingabe irosari lisetshenziswa enkolweni yamaKatolika kuphela? Abanye bathi irosari limane nje lisiza ekukhumbuleni lapho kudingeka kuphindaphindwe imithandazo eminingana. Kodwa ingabe uNkulunkulu uyajabula ngokusetshenziswa kwalo?
Akudingeki siqagele noma siphikisane ngokufaneleka noma ukusebenza kwamasiko anjalo. UJesu wakhuluma ngegunya lapho ecelwa ukuba afundise abalandeli bakhe indlela yokuthandaza. Lokho akusho kuzokhanyisela futhi mhlawumbe kumangaze abanye abafundi balomagazini.
