“Out of the mouth of children and infants, you have brought forth praise.”—Matt. 21:16.

If you parent, help your small-small children to prepare comments that they able to make. Sometime, the study material can be talking about serious thing them like, marry problem or how to be clean in God eye. But still, some paragraph can be there that small-small children can comment on. Also help your children to know why they will not call them every time they put their hand up. When they know this one, it help them to not feel bad when they call other people. (1 Tim. 6:18) All of us can prepare comments that can bring praise to Jehovah and encourage our brother and sister them. (Prov. 25:11) Sometime, we can give our own experience when we making comment but we must not talk too much about ourself. (Prov. 27:2; 2 Cor. 10:18) And we must focus on Jehovah, the Bible and his people them.—Rev. 4:11. w23.04 24-25 ¶17-18

“Let us not sleep on as the rest do, but let us stay awake and keep our senses.”—1 Thess. 5:6.

Love that important thing that will help us to keep on the watch and think the right way. (Matt. 22:37-39) Love for God can help us to continue preaching even if it will put us in trouble. (2 Tim. 1:7, 8) Because we love people, we will continue preaching even if it mean for us to use phone or write letter. We will not give up because we know that one day people will change and start doing the right thing. (Ezek. 18:27, 28) We also love our brother and sister them. We can show that love by “encouraging one another and building one another up.” (1 Thess. 5:11) The same way soldier people can help each other when they working together, that the same way we can encourage each other. We will not mean it to hurt our brother and sister them or pay debt when they do bad to us. (1 Thess. 5:13, 15) We can also show love by showing respect to the brother them that taking the lead in the congregation.—1 Thess. 5:12. w23.06 10 ¶6; 11 ¶10-11

“When [Jehovah] says something, will he not do it?”—Num. 23:19.

One way we can make our faith strong that to think good-good on the ransom. The ransom convince us that all the thing them God promise will come true. When we think good-good about why God give us the ransom and the sacrifice he made, it can make our faith strong that God promise about everlasting life will come true. Why we say so? What Jehovah pass through to provide the ransom? Jehovah sent his firstborn Son and best friend who he really love, from heaven to be born on earth as perfect human being. When Jesus was on earth, he went through all kind na hardship. Then he suffer until he die. Jehovah really make big sacrifice! Our God who love people will not let his Son to suffer and die just so we can enjoy life for short time. (John 3:16; 1 Pet. 1:18, 19) Because Jehovah give his precious son to help us, he will make sure that we will enjoy life forever in the new world. w23.04 27 ¶8-9

Tuesday, November 4

“Where are your stings, O Death?”—Hos. 13:14.

You think Jehovah want bring people who na die back to life? Yes, he really want do it. Jehovah make some Bible writers to write his promise about the resurrection hope. (Isa. 26:19; Rev. 20: 11-13) And anytime Jehovah make promise, he can always do it. (Josh. 23:14) In fact Jehovah really want resurrect people who na die. Why we say this one? Just think about what Job say. He was sure that even if he die, Jehovah will want bring him back to life. (Job 14:14, 15, ftn.) That the same way Jehovah want bring all his servant them who na die back to life. He really want bring them back to life so that they can be alright in the body and be happy. How Jehovah feel about all the people who was not having the chance to learn about him before they die? Our God who love people really want bring them back to life too. (Acts 24:15) He want give them the chance so they can be his friends and live forever on the earth.—John 3:16. w23.04 9 ¶5-6

“By God we will gain power.”—Ps. 108:13.

How you can make your hope strong? If, for example, you get the hope to live forever on earth, then read about how the Bible describe paradise and think on it good-good. (Isa. 25:8; 32:16-18) Think about how life will be like in the new world. Imagine yourself there. If we always take time to think about the new world, our problem them will be “momentary and light.” (2 Cor. 4:17) The hope Jehovah na give you can help you to go through problems. He already na give you what you need to get strength from him. So, when you need help to do your assignment, to bear any problem, or to continue to be happy, pray to Jehovah from your heart and look for his help by doing your personal study. Accept encouragement from your brother and sister them. Always take time to think about the hope for the future. Then you will be “strengthened with all power according to [God’s] glorious might so that you may endure fully with patience and joy.”—Col. 1:11. w23.10 17 ¶19-20

“Give thanks for everything.”—1 Thess. 5:18.

We get plenty things we can tell Jehovah thank you for when we praying. We can tell him thank you for all the good-good thing them we get, because every good thing coming from him. (Jas. 1:17) For example, we can tell him thank you for the way the earth fine and all the fine-fine thing them he made. We can also tell him thank you for our life, our family, our friend them, and the hope he gave us. And we want tell Jehovah thank you for letting us to be his friend. We need to really fight hard to think on the reasons why we must be grateful to Jehovah. We living in the world where plenty people can’t say thank you. Most of the time, they can only focus on what they want instead of saying thank you for the thing them they get. If we follow that example, we will just be asking Jehovah for things in our prayer. To stop that one from happening, we must continue trying hard to be grateful and show it by telling Jehovah thank you for everything he can do for us.—Luke 6:45. w23.05 4 ¶8-9

“Keep asking in faith, not doubting at all.”—Jas. 1:6.

Because Jehovah love us, he not want see us suffering. (Isa. 63:9) But still, he will not stop all our problem them that looking like rivers or fire. (Isa. 43:2) But, he promise to help us go through them. And he will not allow any problem to stop us from serving him. Jehovah also give us his powerful holy spirit to help us to endure. (Luke 11:13; Phil. 4:13) Because of that, we can be sure that Jehovah will always give us what we need to endure and continue to be faithful to him. Jehovah want us to trust him. (Heb. 11:6) Sometime, we can feel that our problem them too heavy for us. Sometime we can even be thinking whether Jehovah will help us. But the Bible convince us that by God power we can “scale a wall.” (Ps. 18:29) So instead of thinking whether Jehovah will help us, we must pray and be having strong faith and trust that Jehovah will answer our prayers.—Jas. 1:6, 7. w23.11 22 ¶8-9

Saturday, November 8

“[Love’s] flames are a blazing fire, the flame of Jah. Surging waters cannot extinguish love, nor can rivers wash it away.”—Song of Sol. 8:6, 7.

That fine way here to describe true love! And this word them can really encourage marry people: It possible for yor to get true love for each other. So long they living, marry people must work hard to love each other. For example, it possible for fire to keep burning if somebody continue putting wood on it. If nobody put wood on the fire, the fire will go off. That the same way the love between husband and wife can remain strong only if they continue to make their friendship with each other strong. Sometime, marry people can feel that their love for each other getting weak. It can happen especially when money business hard, they facing health problems, or they trying to bring their children up. So for husband and wife to keep their love for each other strong, they must fight hard to make their friendship with Jehovah thick. w23.05 20-21 ¶1-3

Sunday, November 9

“Do not be afraid.”—Dan. 10:19.

To get courage, wetin we must do? Our parent them can encourage us to show courage. But they can’t gave courage to us just like family property. To be brave looking like learning new thing. One way you can learn that thing good-good that by really looking at the teacher and following his example. That the same way, we can learn to show courage by looking at how other people show this quality and then following their example. Like Daniel, we must know the Bible good-good. We must get close friendship with Jehovah by always praying to him from our heart. And we must trust Jehovah and be convince that he will always help us. Then when something test our faith, we will show courage. When you show courage it can make other people to respect you. Also, people who show courage can help other people to know Jehovah. Yes, we get good reasons to try hard to show courage. w23.08 2 ¶2; 4 ¶8-9

“Make sure of all things.”—1 Thess. 5:21.

This word them “make sure of” coming from one Greek word. They use it to describe the way people use to test thing them like gold and silver to make sure they were real. So, we need to test the thing them we hear or read to make sure whether they true. When we getting close to the great tribulation, it will even be more important for us. Instead of believing everything other people say, we must compare what we read or hear with what the Bible and Jehovah organization say. When we do this one, nobody will fool us with any lie-lie information. (Prov. 14:15; 1 Tim. 4:1) We know that Jehovah people will survive during the great tribulation. But each of us not know how tomorrow will be looking like. (Jas. 4:14) Still, whether we survive the great tribulation or die before it come, we will get everlasting life if we remain faithful. So all of us must fight hard to focus on our wonderful hope and continue to be ready for Jehovah day! w23.06 13 ¶15-16

Tuesday, November 11

“He has revealed his confidential matter to his servants.”—Amos 3:7.

We not know how some Bible prophecy them will come to pass. (Dan. 12:8, 9) But just because we not know how certain prophecy will come true not mean that it will not happen. We sure that Jehovah will help us to understand what we need to know the right time, just how he do it way back. People will make the announcement about “peace and security.” (1 Thess. 5:3) Then the government them in this world will attack false religion and destroy it. (Rev. 17:16, 17) From there, they will attack God people. (Ezek. 38:18, 19) And then the final war call Armageddon will start. (Rev. 16:14, 16) We sure that this thing them will soon happen. But until that time, yor let continue to be grateful to our heavenly Father by paying attention to Bible prophecy and by helping other people to do the same thing. w23.08 13 ¶19-20

Wednesday, November 12

“Let us continue loving one another, because love is from God.”—1 John 4:7.

When the apostle Paul was talking about faith, hope, and love, he say that the greatest among them that love. (1 Cor. 13:13) Why Paul say this one? In the future, we will not need to put faith in God promise them about the new world or hope that this promise them will come true because they will already be fulfill that time. But we will always need to get love for Jehovah and for people. In fact, our love for them will continue to get strong forever. Also when we show love, we prove that we true Christians. Jesus tell his apostles say: By this everybody will know that you my disciples, if you get love among yourselves. (John 13:35) Also, when we get love for each other, it will help us to be united. Paul call love the “perfect bond of union.” (Col. 3:14) The apostle John write to the brother and sister them. He say: Anybody who love God must also love his brother. (1 John 4:21) When we show love to each other, we prove that we love God. w23.11 8 ¶1, 3

Thursday, November 13

“Throw off every weight.”—Heb. 12:1.

The Bible compare our Christian life to running race. The people that will finish the race will get everlasting life. (2 Tim. 4:7, 8) We must do our best to continue running because we very close to the finish line. The apostle Paul tell us what we must do to win the race. He say we must “throw off every weight and . . . run with endurance the race that is set before us.” You think Paul mean that we must not carry anything? No. But, he mean we must stop carrying any load that we not need to carry. This type of load them can make it hard for us to run and they can make us tire. To continue running, we must be quick to notice anything that we not need to carry and leave them behind. At the same time, we must not leave the load them that we suppose to carry. If we stop carrying this load them, we will not be qualify to stay in the race for life.—2 Tim. 2:5. w23.08 26 ¶1-2

“Do not let your adornment be external.”—1 Pet. 3:3.

When we reasonable it will help us to respect other people idea. For example, some of our sister them like to use makeup, and some of them not like to use it. Some Christian them like to drink some liquor and some of them can decide not to drink any liquor. All Christians want be alright in the body, but they can choose different-different way to take care of their body. If we think that we always right and try to convince our brother them to do the same thing we can do, then we will stumble other people and divide the congregation. (1 Cor. 8:9; 10:23, 24) For example, Jehovah not tell us wetin we must wear but he gave us good advice to follow. The way we dress must show that we know our limit, we reasonable, and sound in mind. (1 Tim. 2:9, 10) So, the way we dress must not make people to only be thinking about how we looking. Also, Bible principles will help the elder them to not make their own laws about how people must dress and about how they must fix their hair. w23.07 23-24 ¶13-14

Saturday, November 15

“Listen intently to me, and eat what is good, and you will find great delight in what is truly rich.”—Isa. 55:2.

Jehovah show us how we can be happy in the future. People who accept the invitation from the “stupid woman” can enjoy putting their hand in boyfriend and girlfriend business. What they doing will make them to die. (Prov. 9:13, 17, 18) But the people them that will accept the invitation from the woman who stand for “true wisdom” will get different future! (Prov. 9:1) We learning to love what Jehovah love and to hate what he hate. (Ps. 97:10) And we happy to invite other people to learn from “true wisdom.” We just like the servant them who they tell to make announcement in the city: Anybody who not get sense, let them come here. We and the people them that accept this invitation will not only benefit now-now. But we will continue to benefit and get everlasting life if we continue to “walk forward in the way of understanding.”—Prov. 9:3, 4, 6. w23.06 24 ¶17-18

Sunday, November 16

“The one slow to anger is better than a mighty man, and the one controlling his temper than one conquering a city.”—Prov. 16:32.

How you can feel when somebody you working with or your friend in school ask about your beliefs? You can feel scare? Most of us can feel like that. But question like that can help you to know what the person really thinking on or what the person believe. And that one can give you the opportunity to preach to the person. But sometime the person will ask the question just to argue with us. That one must not surprise us because most of the time they can hear wrong things about what we believe. (Acts 28:22) Also, we living in “the last days.” Because of that, plenty people will not agree with other people. And they will even be wicked. (2 Tim. 3:1, 3) Maybe you thinking, ‘Wetin will help me to be kind when somebody want argue with me about what I believe from the Bible.’ We need to be mild. Somebody that mild can be hard to get vex. And they able to control theirself when somebody make them vex or they not know what to say. w23.09 14 ¶1-2

Monday, November 17

“You will appoint them as princes in all the earth.”—Ps. 45:16.

Sometime, we can get counsel from Jehovah organization that can protect us. For example, we can get warning about loving money and about doing things that can make us to break God law. In this area them, we can benefit when we follow Jehovah direction. (Isa. 48:17, 18; 1 Tim. 6:9, 10) For sure, Jehovah will continue to use human being to give us direction during the great tribulation and during the Thousand Year Rule. We will continue to follow that direction? It will be more easy for us to follow Jehovah direction in the future if we learn to follow his direction now-now. So let always follow Jehovah direction, including the direction that can come from the men them he appoint to watch over us. (Isa. 32:1, 2; Heb. 13:17) When we do it, we will get good reason to trust Jehovah who helping us to avoid anything that will spoil our friendship with him. And he also leading us to the new world, where we will get everlasting life. w24.02 25 ¶17-18

Tuesday, November 18

“By undeserved kindness you have been saved.”—Eph. 2:5.

The apostle Paul was happy to serve Jehovah, but it was not always easy for him. Most of the time, Paul use to travel long distances, and to travel was not easy that time. When he traveling, sometime he use to be “in dangers from rivers” and “in dangers from robbers.” His enemy them use to even beat him sometime. (2 Cor. 11:23-27) And the brother them in the congregation was not always grateful to him for the thing them he use to do. (2 Cor. 10:10; Phil. 4:15) What help Paul to continue serving Jehovah? Paul learn plenty good-good thing them about Jehovah from the Bible and from the thing them he pass through. What he learn convince him that Jehovah love him. (Rom. 8:38, 39; Eph. 2:4, 5) And that one make him to get strong love for Jehovah. Paul show his love for Jehovah “by ministering and continuing to minister to the holy ones.”—Heb. 6:10. w23.07 9 ¶5-6

Wednesday, November 19

“Be in subjection to the superior authorities.”—Rom. 13:1.

Plenty people agree that it good to get governments and to obey some of the law them that coming from the “superior authorities.” But sometime, this same people can’t obey certain laws they not like or they feel it not fair. The Bible say that human governments can cause suffering, they under Satan control, and they will soon be destroy. (Ps. 110:5, 6; Eccl. 8:9; Luke 4:5, 6) It also tell us that anybody that go against the government, going against God arrangement. When we obey the government now-now, it will show that we supporting Jehovah arrangement for things to be under control. So, we must “render to all their dues,” this one mean, paying tax, respecting the government, and obeying them. (Rom. 13:1-7) Maybe we feel the law hard, it not fair, or we will pass through plenty things to obey. But we can obey the government because Jehovah say we must do it so long we not breaking his laws.—Acts 5:29. w23.10 8 ¶9-10

“Jehovah’s spirit empowered him.”—Judg. 15:14.

The time they born Samson, that the Philistines were ruling over the nation of Israel and suffering them. (Judg. 13:1) The Israelite them suffer bad way because the Philistines were wicked. Jehovah choose Samson to “take the lead in saving Israel out of the hand of the Philistines.” (Judg. 13:5) For him to be able to do this assignment, he was suppose to trust in Jehovah. One time, the Philistine army came to arrest Samson in Lehi, maybe in Judah. The men them from Judah were scary, so they decide to turn Samson over to the enemy. Samson own people them tie him good with two new ropes and bring him to the Philistines. (Judg. 15:9-13) But, “Jehovah’s spirit empowered” Samson and he free himself from the ropes. Then he “found a fresh jawbone of a male donkey,” he pick it up, and use it to kill 1,000 Philistine men them!—Judg. 15:14-16. w23.09 2 ¶3-4

Friday, November 21

“This is according to the eternal purpose that he formed in connection with the Christ, Jesus our Lord.”—Eph. 3:11.

We happy that Jehovah na show us his “eternal purpose” in the Bible small-small. No matter what happen, Jehovah can always be successful because he “made everything work for his purpose.” (Prov. 16:4) And anything Jehovah do to fulfill his purpose, will last forever. What Jehovah purpose, and wetin all he na change to fulfill it? God explain to Adam and Eve his purpose for them. He wanted them to “be fruitful and become many, fill the earth and subdue it, and have in subjection . . . every living creature” on earth. (Gen. 1:28) When Adam and Eve disobey and brought sin on us, it not stop Jehovah from fulfilling his purpose. He change the way he will fulfill his purpose. Right after they disobey, He decide to set up one Kingdom in heaven that will fulfill His original purpose for human being and the earth.—Matt. 25:34. w23.10 20 ¶6-7

“If Jehovah had not been my helper, I would soon have perished.”—Ps. 94:17.

Jehovah can help us to not give up. It can’t always be easy, especially when we been fighting hard to overcome certain weakness. Sometime, our problem them can be looking like they too hard more than the problems that the apostle Peter face. But Jehovah can help us to not give up. (Ps. 94:18, 19) For example, one brother was gay for plenty years before learning the truth. He change his whole life and started living by what the Bible say. But sometime, he can still get this wrong desire. Wetin help him to not give up? He say: “Jehovah can give us the strength. With the help of Jehovah spirit . . . , I na learn that it possible to continue living the way Jehovah want us to live . . . Jehovah was able to use me, and even though I not perfect he continue to help me.” w23.09 23 ¶12

“The result of humility and the fear of Jehovah is riches and glory and life.”—Prov. 22:4.

Young brothers, to be mature Christian can’t happen overnight, you need to work hard. You need to choose good example them to follow, learn how to think the right way, be somebody people can depend on, learn trade that will help you in life, and prepare for more responsibilities that will come in the future. When you think about all the thing them you need to work on, maybe you will feel that it too much for you. But you can make it. Remember that Jehovah really want help you. (Isa. 41:10, 13) Your brother and sister them in the congregation will also help you. When you fight hard and be mature Christian, you will be satisfy and you will enjoy your life. Young brothers, we love all of yor! Let Jehovah bless you plenty as you work now-now to be mature Christian. w23.12 29 ¶19-20

Monday, November 24

“Overlook an offense.”—Prov. 19:11.

Imagine that you to one get together with some brother and sister them. Yor enjoying yor time together and you take the group picture. In fact, you take two more pictures just in case the first picture not looking good. Now you get three pictures. But you notice that in one of the picture them one brother face tie. So you will delete it because you get two other pictures that the brother and everybody in the group smiling. Most of the time we can remember good-good things from the time we spent with our brother and sister them. But suppose during one of the get together, one brother say or do something that hurt us, wetin we must do about it? We must try to forget about it the same way we will delete one of the pictures. (Eph. 4:32) We can forgive because we remember the plenty good time we spend together. That this good-good thing them we want remember about our brother and sister them. w23.11 12-13 ¶16-17

“Women should adorn themselves in appropriate dress, . . . in the way that is proper for women professing devotion to God.”—1 Tim. 2:9, 10.

The Greek word them Paul use here show that Christian sisters must always wear the right type of clothes. And she must also think about what people will say or feel about the clothes she wear. We really value our mature sister them who can be modest in the way they can dress! Another quality that all Christian sisters must get to be mature, that Discernment. What discernment mean? It mean to be able to know the right thing from the wrong thing and then choose to do the right thing. Let look at Abigail example. Her husband made one bad decision that was coming cause serious problem for everybody living in his house. Abigail do something about it quick. Because she use discernment, she save plenty people lives. (1 Sam. 25:14-23, 32-35) Discernment can also help us to know when to talk and when to be quiet. And it can help us to know where to stop when we showing personal interest in people.—1 Thess. 4:11. w23.12 20 ¶8-9

“Let us rejoice, based on hope of the glory of God.”—Rom. 5:2.

The apostle Paul write this word them to the congregation in Rome. The brother and sister them that were there, learn about Jehovah and Jesus, show faith, and became Christians. So God “call [them] righteous because of their faith,” and he anoint them with holy spirit. (Rom. 5:1) Yes, they were happy for that wonderful hope and they were convince that they will get it. Later on, Paul write to the anointed Christian them in Ephesus about the hope Jehovah gave them. The hope include getting “an inheritance for the holy ones.” (Eph. 1:18) And Paul also tell the Colossians where they were coming get their reward. He call it “the hope that is being reserved for you in the heavens.” (Col. 1:4, 5) The hope anointed Christians get, that to come back to life and get everlasting life in heaven to rule with Jesus Christ.—1 Thess. 4:13-17; Rev. 20:6. w23.12 9 ¶4-5

Thursday, November 27

“The peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers.”—Phil. 4:7.

The original word for “guard” that was word people use when they talking about soldier people guarding the city to protect it from any attack. The people living in that city use to sleep in peace because they knew that the soldier people were guarding them. That the same way the peace from God can guard our feeling and our thinking. Our heart can lay down because we know we safe. (Ps. 4:8) Like Hannah, even if our situation not change right away, our heart can still lay down. (1 Sam. 1:16-18) And when we feeling fine, most of the time it can be more easy to think straight and make good decisions. Wetin we can do? The same way the people in the city will call the soldier people to protect them, you too can call Jehovah to help you when you in problem. How? Pray until you feel the peace from God. (Luke 11:9; 1 Thess. 5:17) If you going through any problem, continue praying to Jehovah, and you will feel the peace from him. It will guard your heart and your mind.—Rom. 12:12. w24.01 21 ¶5-6

“Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified.”—Matt. 6:9.

To make his Pa name holy, Jesus endure all the suffering, cuss, and lies they put on him. He knew that he obey all the things his Pa tell him to do, so he was not having anything to be shame about. (Heb. 12:2) When he was going through that hard time, he also knew that Satan was directly attacking him. (Luke 22:2-4; 23:33, 34) Satan really wanted to make Jesus to disobey Jehovah, but he fail completely! Jesus prove that Satan can lie bad way. And he also prove that Jehovah get people who loyal to him and who ready to remain faithful to him under any kind na test. You want make your King happy? Continue praising Jehovah name, and help other people to know his good-good ways. When you do it, then you following Jesus example. (1 Pet. 2:21) Just like Jesus, you will be making Jehovah happy and proving that His enemy Satan, that liar who not get no shame! w24.02 11-12 ¶11-13

“With what will I repay Jehovah for all the good he has done for me?”—Ps. 116:12.

During the past five years, more than one million people na get baptize as Jehovah Witnesses. When you give your life to Jehovah, you choose to be Jesus disciple and you make doing God will the most important thing in your life. Wetin it mean for you to give your life to Jehovah? Jesus say: “If anyone wants to come after me, let him disown himself.” (Matt. 16:24) The Greek words they translate “let him disown himself” can also be translated “he must say no to himself.” When you give your life to Jehovah, you will need to say no to anything that go against God will. (2 Cor. 5:14, 15) This one also mean saying no to “the works of the flesh,” like boyfriend and girlfriend business. (Gal. 5:19-21; 1 Cor. 6:18) You think obeying this law them will make life hard for you? No, if you love Jehovah and you convince that his laws can benefit you, your life will not be hard.—Ps. 119:97; Isa. 48:17, 18. w24.03 2 ¶1; 3 ¶4

“I have approved you.”—Luke 3:22.

Jehovah can give his holy spirit to people he happy with. (Matt. 12:18) Think on this question, ‘I can show some of the qualities God spirit can produce?’ You more patient with people now than the time you were not serving Jehovah? The more you learn to show the fine qualities that God spirit can produce, that the more you will be sure that Jehovah happy with you! Jehovah can help those who he happy with to benefit from the ransom. (1 Tim. 2:5, 6) But what if we still feel that Jehovah not happy with us even though we get faith in the ransom and we baptize? Remember, we can’t always trust our own feelings, but we can trust Jehovah. He look at those who get faith in the ransom to be righteous and he promise to bless them.—Ps. 5:12; Rom. 3:26. w24.03 30 ¶15; 31 ¶17
