Unofanira kuitei?

Pakutanga-tanga chaipo, taura chimwe chinhu chakakodzera chichaita kuti vanhu vateerere uye chichakubatsira zvakananga kuita chinangwa chako.

Sumo yako ingasarudza kana vamwe vanhu vachateerera uye kuti vachave vakanyatsoteerera zvakadini.

SUMO chikamu chinokosha pahurukuro chero yakadini zvayo. Kana ukanyatsoita kuti vateereri vako vafarire, vachawedzera kunyatsoda kuteerera zvinotevera. Muushumiri hwomumunda, kana sumo yako ikakundikana kuita kuti vanhu vafarire, ungangokundikana kupfuurira nemharidzo yako. Paunopa hurukuro paImba yoUmambo, vateereri havazobudi zvavo, asi vamwe vangatanga kufunga zvimwe zvinhu kana usina kuita kuti vafarire.

Pakugadzirira sumo yako, funga nezvezvinangwa zvinotevera: (1) kubata pfungwa dzevateereri vako, (2) kunyatsotaura musoro wenyaya wehurukuro yako, uye (3) kuratidza kuti nei hurukuro yako ichikosha kuvateereri vako. Mune zvimwe zviitiko, izvi zvinangwa zvitatu zvinogona kuitwa panenge panguva imwe chete. Zvisinei, padzimwe nguva, zvingakurukurwa zvakasiyana, uye marongerwo echinotanga angasiyana.

Nzira Yokuita Nayo Kuti Vateereri Vako Vateerere. Kuungana kwevanhu kuzoteerera hurukuro hakurevi kuti vagadzirira kuteerera hurukuro yacho nomwoyo wose. Nei? Upenyu hwavo huzere nezvinhu zvakawanda zvinorwira pfungwa dzavo. Vangave vachifunga nezvechimwe chinetso chiri kumba kana kuti kunetseka mupfungwa nechimwe chinhu choupenyu. Somukurukuri une basa rokukwezva pfungwa dzevateereri nokuita kuti varambe vakateerera. Ungazviita uchishandisa nzira dzinopfuura imwe chete.

Imwe yehurukuro dzakakurumbira dzati dzambokurukurwa yakanga iri Mharidzo Yepagomo. Yakatanga sei? Maererano nerondedzero yaRuka, Jesu akati: “Munofara imi varombo, . . . munofara imi munonzwa nzara zvino, . . . munofara imi munochema zvino, . . . munofara imi nguva yose yamunovengwa nevanhu.” (Ruka 6:20-22) Nei izvozvo zvakaita kuti vanhu vafarire? Nemashoko mashomanana, Jesu akabvuma zvimwe zvezvinetso zvakakomba zvaifanira kutarisana nevateereri vake. Zvadaro, pane kuzvitaura zvizere, akaratidza kuti vanhu vaiva nezvinetso zvakadaro vaigona kufara, uye akazviita nenzira yakaita kuti vateereri vake vade kunzwa zvakawanda.

Mibvunzo inogona kushandiswa zvinobudirira kuita kuti vanhu vafarire, asi inofanira kunge iri iya yakakodzera. Kana mibvunzo yako ikaratidza kuti uchangotaura nezvezvinhu zvakatombonzwiwa nevateereri, kufarira kungaderera nokukurumidza. Rega kubvunza mibvunzo inonyadzisa vateereri vako kana kuti inoita kuti vasave vakasununguka. Asi edza kutaura mibvunzo yako nenzira ichavabatsira kufunga. Chimbomira pashure pomubvunzo mumwe nomumwe kuitira kuti vateereri vako vave nenguva yokufunga mhinduro mupfungwa dzavo. Kana vakanzwa kuti vari kukurukurirana newe mupfungwa, wavaita kuti vateerere.

Kushandisa zvinhu chaizvo zvakaitika muupenyu imwe nzira yokuti vanhu vateerere. Asi kungotaurawo nyaya zvayo kungasabatsira pachinangwa chako kana nyaya yacho ichinyadza mumwe wevateereri vako. Kana nyaya yako ikayeukwa asi chidzidzo chinoenderana nayo chokanganwikwa, wakundikana. Kana chimwe chiitiko chikashandiswa musumo, chinofanira kuva nhanganyaya yezvinhu zvinokosha zvomutumbi wehurukuro yako. Kunyange zvazvo mamwe mashoko azere angadiwa kuti zvijeke, chenjerera kusangorebesa nyaya zvisina nebasa rose.

Vamwe vakurukuri vanotanga nezvichangobva kutaurwa munhau, mashoko omupepanhau romunzvimbo iyoyo, kana mashoko omumwe munhu akakurumbira. Izviwo zvinogona kubudirira kana zvichinyatsokodzera hurukuro yacho uye zvakakodzera kuvateereri.

Kana hurukuro yako iri chikamu cheyokusiyirana kana kuti chikamu chepaMusangano Webasa, zvakanaka kuti sumo yako ive pfupi uye yakananga. Kana uri kupa hurukuro yavose, nyatsochengeta nguva yakapiwa chikamu chokusuma. Mutumbi wehurukuro ndiwo uchapa mashoko anonyanya kukosha kuvateereri vako.

Dzimwe nguva ungazviona wava kutaura pamberi pevateereri vasina chokwadi chaizvoizvo nezvauri kutaura kana kuti vasingatombodi. Ungaita sei kuti vakuteerere? Stefani muKristu wekare uyo anonzi akanga “azere nomudzimu nouchenjeri,” akaendeswa pamberi peSanihedrini nechisimba. Ipapo akadzivirira chiKristu zvinonwisa mvura. Akatanga sei? Achiremekedza uye achitaura chimwe chinhu chaibvumwa navo vose. “Varume, hama navanababa, inzwai. Mwari wembiri akaoneka kuna tateguru wedu Abrahamu.” (Mab. 6:3; 7:2) Ari pagomo reAreyopago muAtene, muapostora Pauro akachinjira sumo yake kuvateereri vakasiyana kwazvo, achiti: “Vanhu veAtene, ndinoona kuti muzvinhu zvose munoita semunotya vanamwari zvikuru kupfuura zvinoita vamwe.” (Mabasa 17:22) Pamusana pesumo dzinonyatsobudirira, mapoka ose evateereri akada kunzwa zvimwezve.

Paunenge uri mubasa romumunda, unodawo kuti vanhu vakuteerere. Kana ukashanya musina kurangana, saimba angave achiita zvimwe zvinhu. Mune dzimwe nyika, vashanyi vasina kukokwa vanotarisirwa kutaura zvavafambira nokukurumidza. Kumwewo, tsika dzeko dzinoda kuti utange watevedzera zvimwe zvinoitwa ikoko usati wataura zvawafambira.—Ruka 10:5.

Chero zvazviri, kuratidza ushamwari nomwoyo wose kunogona kuita kuti pave nemamiriro ezvinhu anoita kuti pave nokukurukurirana. Zvinowanzobatsira kutanga nechimwe chinhu chinoenderana nezviri kufunga munhu. Ungasarudza sei zvokushandisa? Toti pawasvika pane munhu wacho, ane zvaanga achiita here? Zvimwe ari kurima, achitarisira chivanze chepamba pake, achigadzira mota yake, achibika, achigeza mbatya, kana kuti achitarisira vana. Anga akatarisa chimwe chinhu here—pepanhau kana kuti zviri kuitika mumugwagwa? Zvakamupoteredza zvinoratidza kuti anofarira kubata hove here, mitambo, kufamba, makombiyuta, kana kuti chimwewo chinhu? Vanhu vanowanzova nehanya nezvinhu zvavachangobva kunzwa munhepfenyuro kana kuti paterevhizheni. Mubvunzo kana kuti mashoko mashomanana pane imwe yenyaya dzakadaro ungaita kuti muve nekurukurirano youshamwari.

Zvakaitwa naJesu paakakurukura nomukadzi weSamariya patsime riri pedyo neSikari, muenzaniso wakanaka wenzira yokutanga nayo kurukurirano nechinangwa chokupupurira.—Johani 4:5-26.

Unofanira kunyatsogadzirira kusuma kwako, kunyanya kana ungano yenyu ichishanda ndima yayo kakawanda. Ukasadaro ungasakwanisa kupupurira.

Zivisa Zvauri Kutaura Nezvazvo. Muungano yechiKristu, sachigaro kana kuti mumwe munhu anokutangira papurogiramu kazhinji achazivisa musoro wehurukuro yako okusuma. Zvisinei, zvingakubatsira kana ukayeuchidza vateereri vako zvauchataura nezvazvo mumashoko ako okusuma. Aya angava mashoko omusoro wehurukuro yacho asi zvisingarevi hazvo kudzokororwa kweshoko neshoko romusoro wacho. Zvisinei nokuti wasuma sei, musoro unofanira kubuda pachena hurukuro zvainofambira mberi. Nenzira yakati unofanira kuisa pfungwa panyaya yako nemasumiro aunoita.

Pakutuma vadzidzi vake kunoparidza, Jesu akazivisa pachena shoko ravaifanira kunotaura. “Zvamunoenda, paridzai, muchiti, ‘Umambo hwokumatenga hwaswedera pedyo.’” (Mat. 10:7) Nezvezuva redu, Jesu akati: “Aya mashoko akanaka oumambo achaparidzwa.” (Mat. 24:14) Tinokurudzirwa ku“paridza shoko,” izvi zvinoreva kuomerera paBhaibheri patinenge tichipupurira. Asi rega kuramba uchitaura nyaya dzisingafadzi, shoko rako chinhu chakanaka. Edza kuita kuti kukurukurirana kwacho kunange kuShoko raMwari netariro yoUmambo.

Ratidza Kuti Nei Nyaya Yacho Ichikosha Kuvateereri Vako. Kana uchizotaura muungano, ungava nechokwadi chokuti vaya vakateerera, ruzhinji runofarira zvauri kutaura. Asi vachateerera here sezvinoita munhu kana achidzidza chimwe chinhu chine chokuita naye? Vachateerera here nokuti vanoziva kuti zvavari kunzwa zvinopindirana nezvavari muupenyu uye nokuti uri kuvakurudzira kuti vave nechido chokuita chimwe chinhu nazvo? Zvichava zvakadaro kana wakanyatsofunga nezvevateereri vako pawaigadzirira hurukuro yako—zvavari, zvavane hanya nazvo, zvavanofunga. Kana wakadaro, pasumo yako batanidza chimwe chinhu chinoratidza izvozvo.

Ungave uchitaura uri pachikuva kana kuti uchipupurira mumwe munhu, imwe yenzira dzakanaka kwazvo yokuita kuti vanhu vafarire kuita kuti vateereri vako vabatanidzwe. Ratidza kuti zvinetso zvavo, zvavanoda, kana kuti mibvunzo iri mupfungwa dzavo yakabatana sei nehurukuro yauri kukurukura. Kana ukajekesa kuti uchataura zvinopfuura mashokowo zvawo wotaura nezvezvinhu chaizvo zvenyaya yacho, vachateerera nomwoyo wose. Kuti udaro, unofanira kunyatsogadzirira.

Matauriro Aunozviita. Zvaunotaura pakusuma kwako zvinokosha kwazvo, asi matauriro aunozviita anogona kuitawo kuti vanhu vafarire. Pamusana peizvi, haufaniri kungogadzirira zvauchataura chete, asi matauriro auchazviita.

Kugona kusarudza mashoko kunokosha kuti uite chinangwa chako, saka ungazviwana zvichibatsira kunyatsogadzirira mitsetse miviri kana kuti mitatu yokutanga. Zvirevo zvipfupi zviri nyore ndizvo zvinowanzova zvakanakisisa. Kana iri hurukuro yomuungano, ungada kunyora mitsetse iyi pazvakanyorwa zvako, kana kuti ungasarudza kuiisa mumusoro kuitira kuti mashoko ako okutanga ave nesimba rakaakodzera. Kupa sumo inobudirira usingamhanyi-mhanyi kunogona kukubatsira kuwana kudzikama kunodiwa kukurukura hurukuro yako yose.

Woigadzirira Rini. Vanhu vanofunga zvakasiyana panyaya iyi. Vamwe vakurukuri vane ruzivo vanoti kugadzirira hurukuro kunofanira kutanga nesumo. Vamwe vakadzidza nezvokutaura mberi kwevanhu vanofunga kuti sumo inofanira kugadzirirwa kana mutumbi wapera.

Zvechokwadi unofanira kuziva kuti nyaya yako uye kuti pfungwa huru dzaunoda kusimudzira ndedzipi usati watanga kutsvaka mashoko akakodzera esumo. Asi zvakadini kana uchigadzirira hurukuro yako uchishandisa pepa rehurukuro rakanyorwa kare? Waverenga pepa racho rehurukuro, kana ukafunga nezvesumo, hapana chakaipa nokuinyora. Yeukawo, kuti sumo yako ibudirire, unofanira kufunga nezvevateereri vako uyewo mashoko ari mupepa rehurukuro.

  • Funga nezvevateereri vako—zvavari, zvavane hanya nazvo, zvavanofunga, zvavanotoziva pane zvauri kutaura nezvazvo.

  • Sarudza kuti ndezvipi zviripo pahurukuro yako zvichavafadza uye zvinokosha kwavari.
