Ukutya Ngesandla

NGUMBHALI KAVUKANI! EGHANA

ABANTU abaninzi baqhele ukutya ngefolokhwe, imela necephe. Abanye, njengabantu abakhulele eMpuma, batya ngeechopsticks. Noko ke, abanye abantu bathi okunye ukutya kuhla bhetele xa kutyiwa ngesandla. Cinga nje ngeembambo ezinongwe kamnandi, inyama yenkuku, iimuffins, iiegg rolls neetacos.

Kodwa kuthekani ngesuphu? Ngaba ungakwazi ukuyitya ngesandla? ‘Unotshe!’ usenokutsho. ‘Iyatshisa kwaye iyangcolisa, ngoko akunakukwazi ukuyitya ngesandla.’ Abantu abahlala kumazwe amaninzi aseAfrika bakuqhelile ukutya isuphu ngesandla kanye njengokuba abantu abahlala e-Asia bekuqhelile ukutya ngeechopsticks. Makhe sithethe ngokutya kwaseGhana nendlela ekutyiwa ngayo ngesandla.

IFufu Nesuphu Yamandongomane

IFufu yenziwa ngeplantain ebilisiweyo, isiqhamo esifana nebhanana nangecassava—ekwabizwa ngokuba yimanioc—isityalo esineengcambu ezinabileyo esilinywa kwiindawo ezinomhlaba ochumileyo. Iplantain necassava ziyaxotyulwa, zihlanjwe zize zibiliswe de zithambe. Emva kokuba kukhanywe amanzi, ziyasilwa zibe yintlama ethambileyo. Emva koko kwenziwa amaqebengwana amancinane ngaloo ntlama.

Isuphu yamandongomane yenziwa ngamandongomane acoliweyo, inyama okanye intlanzi, itumato, itswele, ipepile nezinye izinongo. Inyama okanye intlanzi iyabiliswa ize ifakwe izinongo, emva koko idityaniswa namanzi namandongomane acoliweyo. Kufakwa imifuno ize emva koko iphekwe. Kuthatyathwa laa maqebengwana efufu afakwe esityeni kuze ngaphezulu kugalelwe isuphu eshushu yamandongomane.

Indlela Okutyiwa Ngayo Oku Kutya

Njengoko oku kutya kumnandi sele kulungile, uza kukutya njani ngesandla? Kufuneka nje ubuchule.

Okokuqala, hlamba izandla zakho ngocoselelo. Yandula ufake iminwe yesandla sakho sasekunene kule suphu. Kodwa lumka! Ukuba akuqhelanga ukutya ngale ndlela, unokutsha!

Yikha intwana yefufu ngeminwe. Vula umngxuma omncinane ngobhontsi kwifufu uze uyithi nkxu esuphini.

Ngoku phakamisa isandla esinefufu. Njengoko usiphakamisa, sijike kancinane sijonge ngasemlonyeni yaye qinisekisa ukuba iminwe yakho ayiphakami kunesihlahla. Ngaloo ndlela, uya kwenza ukuba isuphu ingahli ngengalo ide iye kufika engqinibeni.

Goba intloko kancinane, yaye xa isandla sakho sifika emilebeni, sebenzisa umnwe ophakathi nowokufaka umsesane uze ufake ifufu nesuphu emlonyeni. Yinandiphe uze uyitye ngocoselelo. Kusenokufuneka unyamezele ukubaba kwepepile kuba abantu baseGhana bathanda ukutya okubabayo!

Kuza kufuneka uqhubeke usitya ngale ndlela de iphele ifufu. Inyama nezinye izinto ungazitya zodwa ungazidibanisi nefufu. Ukuba kukho isuphu eseleyo yitye ngesandla de uyigqibe.

Amava Okutya Ngesandla

Abanye abantu baseGhana bathi bathanda ukuzisebenzisa zontlanu izivamvo zabo xa besitya. Bafuna ukukuva baze bakujoje ukutya xa kuphekwa. Bafuna ukukubona baze bakungcamle xa besitya. Kodwa ukuze bazisebenzise zontlanu izivamvo zabo, kufuneka bakubambe ngesandla.

Ingakhathaliseki indawo okhulele kuyo, unokuqiniseka ukuba uMdali wethu, uYehova uThixo unomdla kuzo “zonke iintlobo zabantu.” (1 Timoti 2:4) Oku kwenza ukuba abantu baqhelisele amasiko abo awahlukahlukeneyo. Nokuba akuqhelanga ukutya isuphu ngesandla, uya kufumanisa ukuba kumnandi ukutya ngesandla.
